Shipping, Warranty & Support

AUTOOL ships from different warehouse locations based on product availability, item size, destination, and the shipping method available for your order. Common fulfillment options may include US, UK, EU, China or cross-border warehouse shipping.

Total delivery time includes order handling time plus carrier transit time. Standard order handling is usually 1-3 business days. Transit time depends on the shipping type, destination, product size, and carrier service.

Some oversized or heavy products may require freight or ocean shipping, which takes longer than standard delivery. Full timing rules are listed in the Shipping Policy.

After your order ships, tracking information is usually activated within 24-72 hours. If one order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

If tracking has no update for 5 business days after activation, please contact support with your order number. You can also use the Track Your Order page.

For international shipments, import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or brokerage fees may be the buyer’s responsibility unless they are clearly shown and collected at checkout.

Local warehouse orders usually reduce customs steps, but final tax and duty handling depends on destination and checkout details. See the Shipping Policy for the full explanation.

Eligible items may be returned within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery after approval. Please contact AUTOOL before sending any product back, because the correct return destination may vary by order, product type, and warehouse.

Approved returns have no restocking fee. Return shipping responsibility depends on the return reason. Full instructions are available in the Return & Refund Policy.

AUTOOL main units are covered for 3 years, and standard accessories are covered for 1 year. Warranty review usually requires your order number, product model, issue description, and clear photos or videos.

The warranty covers eligible defects under normal use. Misuse, unauthorized repair, modification, external damage, consumables, and normal wear are not covered. Read the full Warranty Policy.

AUTOOL supports secure checkout through the payment methods shown at checkout, such as PayPal, credit or debit card options, or other active checkout options. The final order total, including product price, shipping charges, and any tax or duty amounts shown at checkout where applicable, is shown before payment.
