Product Overview

AUTOOL CT450 is a 6-cylinder fuel injector cleaning and testing machine with ultrasonic heating. It supports ordinary injectors, GDI injectors, EFI injectors, and FSI long injectors for both cleaning and testing. The 28kHz ultrasonic cleaning system helps remove stubborn carbon deposits, while the automatic heating function heats 2000ml of cleaning fluid up to 50°C to improve cleaning efficiency and injector performance.

CT450 is designed for workshop injector maintenance, including high-pressure and long injectors. It provides 3 cleaning functions and 10 testing functions, supports 12V / 70V / 120V voltage selection, and helps automotive professionals evaluate injector spray, leakage, pulse response, and flow performance more efficiently.

Before You Order And Use

Confirm injector type, cleaning fluid, testing fluid, and ultrasonic tank use before operation. These notes help prevent equipment damage and avoid unsupported testing scenarios.

Diesel Injector Limitation

Diesel injectors are supported for cleaning only, not testing.

Ultrasonic Cleaning Fluid

For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or professional injector cleaning fluid.

Injector Testing Fluid

For injector testing, use professional injector test fluid or medical alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol above 90% concentration.

No Corrosive Liquids

Do not use corrosive cleaning fluids for testing. Corrosive liquids may damage the equipment, and repair costs caused by this type of damage are not covered by free repair.

Do Not Dry-Run Ultrasonic Cleaning

Before using the ultrasonic cleaning function, add the cleaning fluid first. Running the ultrasonic function without fluid may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.

Single Injector Testing

When testing a single injector, plug the other 5 cylinders. CT450 includes five plugs for this purpose.

Fluid Storage Note

  • If the device will not be used for a long period, recycle or drain the test fluid.
  • Do not start ultrasonic cleaning until cleaning liquid has been added to the cleaning tank.
  • For cleaning fluid and test fluid purchase references, use professional injector service fluids or high-concentration medical alcohol according to the function being used.

Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning

28kHz high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning combined with 50°C heating helps remove oil, carbon deposits, and gelatinous residues from automotive injectors.

2000ml Smart Heating Tank

The built-in intelligent thermostat quickly heats 2000ml of cleaning solution to 50°C and maintains that temperature for higher cleaning efficiency.

6-Cylinder Automatic Detection

Six 110ml explosion-proof glass test tubes allow up to 6 injectors to be tested simultaneously, helping compare atomization, spray volume, and injector condition.

GDI / EFI / FSI Compatibility

CT450 supports ordinary injectors, GDI, EFI, and FSI long injectors, with adapters for BMW injectors and connectors for different automotive injector sizes.

12V / 70V / 120V Voltage Selection

Multiple voltage outputs support different injector types. Intelligent GDI voltage recognition helps prevent injector damage caused by incorrect voltage selection.

Storage Drawer And Detail Design

The storage drawer, liquid level indicator, drain valves, glass tube lighting, foldable grip, and side handle improve workshop organization and operating efficiency.

Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning

Uses ultrasonic waves and automatic heating to increase cleaning efficiency, thoroughly clean injectors, and improve fuel atomization.

Reverse Flushing

Flushes test liquid from the injector outlet to the inlet, helping remove dirt inside the injector or injector strainer. This function applies only to top fuel supply injectors.

No-disassembly Cleaning

Supports direct cleaning without disassembling injectors. This is an additional function and requires special adapters.

Simulated Engine Conditions

Idling, medium speed, high-speed, acceleration, and shifting speed tests simulate different engine operating conditions to check injector performance.

Spray And Seal Evaluation

Leak checking and spray value tests help evaluate injector sealing condition, spray pattern, and spray performance under different simulated states.

Pulse Injection Test

Intermittently injects fuel at different pulse widths and frequencies to assess injector response time, atomization quality, and overall performance.
