Warranty support is provided by AUTOOL for eligible products purchased through autoolstore.com and, where applicable, other verified sales channels. Product-specific warranty terms shown on a product page, package insert, manual, or written sales communication may apply to that product.

Standard Warranty Periods

  • Main unitsMain devices are covered by a 3-year limited warranty from the date of receipt against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
  • Standard accessoriesStandard bundled accessories included with the product are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of receipt.
  • Product-specific termsIf a product page, manual, package insert, or written quotation states a different warranty period or scope, that product-specific term applies to that product.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials, assembly, or workmanship that occur during normal intended use within the applicable warranty period.

Coverage may include eligible hardware failure, abnormal operation, or defective included parts after AUTOOL reviews the issue, evidence, troubleshooting history, and, if necessary, inspection results.

What Is Not Covered

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or use outside product instructions.
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, disassembly, or tampering.
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, liquid, extreme temperature, excessive pressure, unsuitable chemicals, or external equipment.
  • Normal wear, consumable parts, cosmetic wear, or accessories outside the accessory warranty period.
  • Missing, removed, damaged, or altered serial numbers where serial identification is required.
  • Damage caused during return shipping because of improper packaging by the sender.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email support@autoolstore.com with your order number, product name or model, serial number if available, issue description, photos or videos, and troubleshooting steps already tried.

AUTOOL will review the information and may ask for additional details, testing results, or return inspection before confirming the available solution.

Possible Warranty Solutions

After review, AUTOOL may provide troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, repair support, a replacement product, refund handling in limited cases, or another reasonable solution based on the issue and applicable law.

The available warranty solution is confirmed after AUTOOL reviews the claim materials and determines whether the issue is covered.

Shipping and Inspection Notes

Please do not send any item back without written instructions from AUTOOL support. Return routing and responsibility for shipping costs depend on the claim, product type, inspection result, and destination.

If inspection shows the issue is outside warranty scope, AUTOOL may offer paid repair, replacement-part options, return-shipping options, or other available support.

Proof of Purchase and Eligibility

Warranty review requires a verifiable purchase record such as an order confirmation, invoice, payment confirmation, or other record showing the product, seller, and purchase date.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided, AUTOOL may be unable to confirm warranty eligibility except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Statutory Rights Notice

This commercial warranty does not limit mandatory legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Depending on your location, those rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or a legal guarantee of conformity.
