Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, currency, payment provider, device, and order details.

PayPal and major credit or debit cards are available when those options are displayed through the active checkout payment gateway. Only payment methods shown at checkout are available for that order.

Failed or Declined Payments

If payment is declined, interrupted, or not completed, the order is not confirmed for processing until a successful payment is received. The checkout page or payment provider may show an error message or ask you to try another available payment method.

Prices are displayed and charged in USD unless another currency is explicitly shown at checkout. If your card or payment account uses another currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or foreign transaction fee.

Oversized items, sea-freight items, remote destinations, and B2B quote orders may have different shipping rules shown before payment.

Taxes, Duties, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges. Any such amount shown at checkout should be reviewed carefully before payment.

If they are charged separately by customs, the carrier, or a broker, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Payment Security

Checkout pages use HTTPS/SSL encryption. Payment card details are processed by the payment provider and are not stored by AUTOOL as a full card number or CVV on our website servers.

Order Verification

To protect customers and prevent fraud, AUTOOL may review payment, billing, shipping, or order information before shipment. If verification is needed, we may contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Verification review does not allow AUTOOL to change a confirmed checkout price, shipping charge, or shipping method without your agreement.

Refund Path

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the order. After AUTOOL initiates an approved refund, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds.
