Terms of Service

Customers are responsible for reviewing product pages, manuals, compatibility notes, safety information, and operating requirements before purchase and use.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not mean the order has been accepted. AUTOOL may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, fraud risk is detected, shipping is not available, export restrictions apply, or the order cannot be fulfilled for another lawful reason. An obvious error may include a zero price, negative price, duplicate listing, typographical price error, or product information that is materially inconsistent with the same listing because of a technical or publishing error.

We will not use this section to add undisclosed shipping charges or change the shipping method after payment without your agreement.

Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Before confirming payment, the checkout page shows the product price, applicable discounts, and shipping charges. If any tax or duty amount is shown at checkout, review it carefully before payment.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges. If such charges are charged separately by customs, the carrier, or a broker, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order. Guest Checkout is supported. AUTOOL may review payment, billing, shipping, or order information before shipment for fraud prevention and transaction security.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Do not send any product back without written return instructions from AUTOOL support.

Force Majeure

AUTOOL is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, power or network failures, government actions, war, or other emergencies.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Changes do not retroactively change orders that were already accepted unless required by law.

Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, these Terms and orders placed on autoolstore.com are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties may submit the dispute to a competent court where the merchant operator is registered, unless mandatory applicable law gives you the right to use another forum or remedy.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer protection law.
