LM707 maintenance details are important for safe operation and long-term equipment reliability. Follow the filter, vacuum pump oil, and cycle purification reminders carefully.

100kg Filter Cycle

After the filter has been used for 100kg, change the filter as prompted by the unit and contact support for the code if required.

Password 8609 Reset

After replacing the filter of the new LM707, reset it on the device page. If no prompt appears, enter universal password “8609”.

600min Vacuum Pump Oil Reset

After 600 minutes of vacuum pump use, reset vacuum pump oil data. Replace oil promptly if it contains impurities or becomes turbid.

Monthly Cycle Purification

Run the cycle purification function about once a month to purify and clean refrigerant in the equipment pipeline.

LM707 is an R134a-only refrigerant recovery machine. Review refrigerant type, tank safety, start frequency, oil maintenance, filter replacement, and compressed-air warnings before operation.

Refrigerant Safety

  • Read the instruction manual carefully before using the equipment.
  • Do not use the equipment near open flames or hot objects.
  • LM707 charges and recovers only R134a refrigerant.
  • Do not mix R134a with other refrigerants.
  • Before operation, check the refrigerant type used in the vehicle A/C system and turn off the car engine.

Internal Tank Safety

  • The internal tank’s actual usage capacity should be 80% of its maximum capacity, which is 12kg.
  • This limit helps avoid severe accidents caused by additional pressure from external factors.
  • To ensure optimal recharging, the internal tank should not contain less than 3kg refrigerant.
  • If refrigerant is below 3kg, recharging may not be possible.
  • Do not modify the pressure-reducing valve or system settings.

Compressor And Operation Limit

  • Start the automotive refrigerant recovery procedure no more than 10 times per hour.
  • Excessive start frequency may damage the compressor.
  • Do not use compressed air for pressure or leak testing of the machine.
  • Do not use compressed air for pressure or leak testing of vehicle A/C systems.

Oil And Maintenance

  • Refrigerant oil generally bubbles when the car compressor discharges it.
  • The amount of oil to add depends on the discharged amount; avoid overfilling.
  • During daily maintenance, add vacuum pump oil to the normal level inside the equipment.
  • Replace the filter after 100kg use.
  • Run cycle purification about once a month.
