The AUTOOL AST605 is a pulsating brake fluid exchanger designed for one-person brake fluid replacement on compatible vehicles. It uses pulsed fluid delivery to help reduce air bubbles during filling, supports used-oil recovery, includes pressure monitoring with adjustable pressure control, and works with DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 brake fluid for many European, American, and Asian vehicles.
Check pressure, voltage version, adapters, hose connections, and used-oil drainage before each service. Brake systems are safety-critical, so avoid excessive pressure and keep the filling path clean.
Use Safe Working Pressure
The AST605 supports adjustable pressure, while the factory reference working pressure is around 1-1.5bar. Avoid unnecessary high pressure because excessive pressure may damage the brake master cylinder or brake system parts.
Adjust Pressure Gradually
The pressure regulator can be used for lower-pressure bleeding or fluid exchange when needed. Increase pressure carefully and monitor the pressure gauge during operation.
Confirm Voltage Version
AST605 versions may vary by market. Confirm the correct 110V or 220V power version before ordering or connecting the machine.
Check For Leaks First
Before changing brake fluid, check every connection point for leakage and inspect hoses for damage. Keep the new oil filler port clean.
Prevent Air In The Line
During first use, fill the equipment line with brake fluid to evacuate air before service. This helps prevent air from mixing into the vehicle brake fluid line.
Drain Used Oil After Service
After the oil change is completed, drain the used oil in the equipment tank completely. If it is not emptied, the vacuum pump may be damaged and future service may fail.
Brake System Safety Reminder
No need to start the vehicle during operation.
Use the matching connector for the brake master cylinder or reservoir before starting fluid exchange.
Monitor the brake fluid reservoir during service. Use acceleration or deceleration control if refilling is too slow or too fast.
Confirm adapter compatibility before ordering if the vehicle uses a special reservoir cap or connector.
Key Features
Key Features
AST605 combines pulsed brake fluid delivery, pressure monitoring, used-oil recovery, moisture filtering at the air inlet, and compact hose storage to support cleaner and more efficient brake fluid service.
Pulsating Fluid Exchange
Compared with conventional pressurized brake fluid bleeding, the pulsating exchange method helps reduce bubble formation during filling and can reduce the need for repeated manual venting.
One-Person Operation
After the brake fluid bottle, filling hose, recycle bottle, connector, and pressure setting are prepared, one operator can complete the brake fluid exchange process more efficiently.
Pressure Monitoring System
The filling pump includes pressure monitoring. Use the pressure knob and gauge to control working pressure during brake fluid replacement.
Automatic Protection Logic
If pressure cannot be established or the pump sucks in air, the machine can shut down automatically to help protect the system during operation.
Used Oil Recovery
The recovery function collects used brake fluid quickly. The recycle bottle can be placed inside the machine body for easier carrying and storage.
Moisture Filtering At Air Inlet
The air inlet includes a water separation and filtering device to help remove moisture from the air and reduce the chance of moisture mixing with the oil.
Brake Fluid Compatibility
AST605 is compatible with DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 brake fluid standards. Always follow the vehicle manufacturer’s required brake fluid type.
Vehicle Coverage
Suitable for many European, American, and Asian vehicles when the correct adapter is used. Confirm compatibility for special reservoir designs before ordering.
3-Year Support
AUTOOL provides 3-year warranty support for eligible non-human damage cases, with parts support and customer assistance for setup and troubleshooting.

How To Use
How To Use
Follow the basic service sequence below and always follow the vehicle service procedure. The vehicle does not need to be started during AST605 operation.
Raise The Vehicle Safely
Raise the vehicle to a suitable height so the drive wheels are not on the ground and the brake caliper area is accessible.
Connect The Used-Oil Side
Connect the recycle oil pot or suction hose to the vehicle brake cylinder area, then loosen the exhaust screw so brake fluid can flow out.
Prepare New Brake Fluid
Pour about 2L of new brake fluid into the equipment from the filler port, then connect the matching adapter to the brake master cylinder or reservoir.
Connect Power
Connect the machine to the correct power supply version, then turn on the power switch.
Start Vacuum And Filling
Press the Vacuum Switch button, then press the Fuel Switch button to begin brake fluid exchange.
Monitor Flow And Finish
Monitor the brake oil tank during service. If refilling is too slow, use the acceleration switch; if it is too fast, use the deceleration switch. Drain used oil completely after service.
Use Notes
No need to start the vehicle for the operation.
During first use, fill the line with brake fluid to evacuate air from the equipment line before the brake fluid exchange.
Make sure the filling hose, suction hose, pressure balance hose, adapter, and recycle bottle are connected correctly before starting.
Check all connections for leakage and check whether any connecting hose is damaged before changing oil.
Do not use excessive pressure. High pressure may damage the brake master cylinder or brake system components.
After the oil change is completed, drain the used oil in the equipment tank completely to help protect the vacuum pump.

Contact AUTOOL Store before ordering if you need to confirm voltage version, adapter compatibility, brake fluid type, pressure setting, first-use line exhausting, or the difference between AST605 and other AST models.
These answers cover working pressure, voltage version, single-wheel service, brake fluid type, first-use air evacuation, adapters, after-use drainage, and model selection.
The factory reference working pressure is around 1-1.5bar to help prevent deformation of the liquid storage chamber and keep the secondary sealing ring tight. AST605 supports adjustable pressure, but avoid unnecessary high pressure because excessive pressure may damage the brake master cylinder or other brake system components.
No. AST605 is a single-wheel oil change model with 1pc brake caliper service. If you need two-wheel simultaneous service, compare AST609 or AST612. If you need four-wheel simultaneous brake fluid exchange, choose AST618.
AST605 is compatible with DOT3, DOT4, and DOT5.1 brake fluid standards. Always use the brake fluid type required by the vehicle manufacturer.
No. The vehicle does not need to be started during AST605 operation. Raise the vehicle safely, connect the hoses and adapter correctly, and operate the machine according to the service procedure.
Filling the line with brake fluid during first use helps evacuate air from the equipment line. This reduces the risk of air mixing into the vehicle brake fluid line during exchange, which could affect braking performance.
Check each connection for leakage, inspect whether any connecting hose is damaged, confirm the correct adapter is installed, keep the new oil filler port clean, and make sure the used-oil recovery path is connected correctly.
Drain the used oil in the equipment tank completely after service. If the used oil is not emptied, the vacuum pump may be damaged and the oil change operation may not be performed correctly next time.
AST605 versions may vary by market. Some product information shows 110V / 220V versions, while the specification image may show a specific AC110V version. Confirm the correct voltage version before ordering and before connecting power.
AST605 includes 3 compatible connector types. Adapter examples include #1 for many European, American, and Asian vehicle brands, #6 for Toyota series, and #16 for Tesla. Confirm compatibility before ordering if your vehicle uses a special brake fluid reservoir connector.
Choose AST605 if you need a compact pulsating brake fluid bleeder with 3 connector types and single-wheel oil change. Choose AST609 if you need 7 connector types and two-wheel simultaneous service. Choose AST612 if you need DC12V operation and 9 adapter types. Choose AST618 if you need 17 adapter types, four-wheel simultaneous service, pulse settings, working time settings, wheels, and a telescoping handle.
