360° Four-Way Articulation

The joystick-controlled 360° four-way rotating lens helps the probe enter narrow, curved, and hard-to-reach spaces inside engines, pipes, combustion chambers, and hidden structures.

1080P HD Camera With 6 LED Lights

1080P imaging, 6 LED lights, and adjustable brightness improve visibility in dark engine compartments, wet pipes, internal passages, and low-light inspection areas.

Detachable Screen And Hose Design

The screen and flexible hose are detachable for storage, portability, and easier accessory replacement. The flexible hose can be removed by unscrewing the screw near the AUTOOL logo.

Magnetic Base And Portable Storage

A strong magnetic base helps attach the device to magnetic surfaces during inspection, improving hands-free convenience and storage after use.

IP67 Probe For Wet Pipes

The probe / camera side supports IP67 waterproof and oil-resistant use in wet pipes. The screen and main unit are not waterproof and must be protected from liquid.

How To Use

How To Use

Use SVB308 only after the engine or inspection area has cooled. Adjust the LED brightness, insert the probe gently, control bending with the joystick, and capture images or videos when needed.

Power On And Open Cover

Press and hold the power button, then open the camera protective cover before inspection.

Adjust LED Brightness

Adjust the lighting level first so the target area can be inspected clearly in dark or low-light environments.

Insert The Probe

Insert the probe into the engine, pipe, combustion chamber, evaporator area, or other target area only after the engine has cooled.

Control Direction With Joystick

Use the joystick to adjust camera direction. Do not force the camera head or bending section manually.

Capture Photos Or Videos

Use the screen buttons and handle photo button to zoom, rotate / invert the image, take pictures, or record videos.

Use Notes

  • Do not use immediately after the vehicle stops or while the engine is still hot.
  • Wait until the engine has completely cooled down, usually 1-2 hours.
  • Do not allow the flexible hose to enter high-temperature environments.
  • Do not allow motor oil, liquid, or other fluid to enter the screen or main unit.
  • Do not pull, twist, or manually force the camera head; use the joystick to control bending.
  • Do not keep the joystick at maximum bending angle for a long time.
  • After use, return the joystick to its natural position before storage.

SVB308 is designed for automotive inspection, but the camera probe, flexible hose, screen, and main unit must be protected from heat, liquid, forced bending, and unsuitable inspection environments.

Safety And Operation Notes

  • Wait until the engine has completely cooled down before inspection; this usually takes 1-2 hours.
  • Do not use the probe immediately after the car has stopped or when the engine is still hot.
  • The manual warns not to expose the flexible hose to temperatures above 70°C.
  • The original product warm tips mention avoiding environments above 75°C to prevent damage.
  • Product feature images show high-temperature protection around 90°C, but this should be treated as protection, not normal operating permission.
  • Engine temperatures can reach 80-100°C or higher after shutdown, which may damage the camera.
  • If high-temperature damage occurs, replacement of the snake tube / camera kit may require extra cost.
  • The flexible hose is removable and can be replaced by unscrewing the screw near the AUTOOL logo.
  • Do not allow liquid, motor oil, or other fluid to enter the screen or main unit.
