The AUTOOL CT60 fuel injector signal generator is designed to drive standard and high-voltage automotive fuel injectors for pulse signal testing, injector response checks, spray pattern observation, leakage diagnosis, blockage checks, and poor-combustion troubleshooting. CT60 helps technicians drive different injector types, adjust pulse simulation conditions, compare injector spray behavior, and read working settings clearly on the LCD display.

Standard Injector Mode

The standard injector mode is designed for naturally aspirated automotive fuel injectors. A DC 12V drive signal can actuate the electromagnetic valve inside a standard fuel injector.

High-Volt Injector Mode

The high-voltage injector mode is designed for turbocharged automotive fuel injectors. The instantaneous 75V output helps drive the electromagnetic valve in compatible high-voltage injectors.

Wide RPM Simulation

The working frequency range can be adjusted from 600 to 4000 RPM, helping simulate different injector operating speeds during testing.

Adjustable Working Time

The working time can be set from 0 to 99 minutes, allowing controlled injector activation during cleaning, observation, or comparison testing.

LCD Digital Display

The LCD screen digitizes the working frequency and time settings, making adjustment clearer and more accurate than visual guesswork.

Dual Injector Comparison

Two injectors can be connected for simultaneous operation, helping compare sprayability status and spray angle under the same test conditions.

How To Use

How To Use

Use CT60 only after the engine is turned off and the fuel injector is safely removed. Connect the injector, select the correct injector mode, set RPM and working time, then observe the spray status with suitable injector cleaning or testing equipment.

Prepare The Injector

Turn off the vehicle engine, remove the fuel injector from the engine, and keep the work area well ventilated before testing.

Connect Pulse Output

Connect the pulse output leads to the power input port on the fuel injector. Select the proper connector for the injector and the cleaning setup.

Power The Tester Safely

Connect the CT60 using the supplied power adapter and correct cable according to the user manual. Do not connect clamp leads directly to 110V/220V AC mains power.

Set Mode, RPM, And Time

Select the required injector type, press the RPM and TIME + / – keys to set the analog speed and working time, then press Start / Pause to output the pulse signal.

Observe Spray Status

Install the injector into suitable cleaning or test equipment, apply the correct cleaner or detergent method, and observe sprayability status and spray angle with your eyes.

Use Notes

  • CT60 outputs injector control signals; it should be used with suitable injector cleaning or testing equipment for spray observation.
  • Select standard injector mode or high-voltage injector mode according to the injector type.
  • When using self-pressure detergent or cleaner, choose the corresponding connector and connect it securely before starting.
  • The pulse signal indicator lights when the tester outputs a pulse to the injector.

Avoid Hot Engine Parts

Do not spill fuel or cleaner on hot engine parts. Allow hot parts to cool before handling fuel system components.

Ventilated Area Only

Perform injector testing only in a well-ventilated place, especially when using carburetor cleaner, detergent, or pressurized cleaner.

Keep Away From Moving Parts

Do not approach rotating vehicle parts and do not touch heated parts while preparing or testing the injector.

Wear Safety Goggles

Wear qualified goggles to reduce the risk of eye injury from fuel, cleaner spray, or unexpected injector spray direction.

Electrical Safety Reminder

  • Do not touch vehicle parts marked with a dangerous voltage logo.
  • Do not connect clamp leads directly to 110V/220V AC mains power.
