How To Use
AS509 uses a coolant sample, 12V battery power, test rod immersion, and one-button test operation to measure the coolant boiling point in approximately 20-40 seconds.
Draw Coolant Sample
Use the sampler to draw 50ml of coolant from the vehicle reservoir, then inject the sample into the beaker.
Connect 12V Power
Connect the AS509 to a 12V battery, turn on the tester, and select the coolant type or Brand Mode according to your test target.
Insert Test Rod
Place the test rod into the beaker and make sure the sampling hole is fully submerged in the coolant sample.
Start Test
Hold the “S” button, wait for the progress bar to complete, then read the boiling point result on the OLED display.

Use a 50ml coolant sample for testing.
Connect the tester to a 12V battery power source before operation.
Make sure the test rod sampling hole is fully submerged in the coolant sample.
Use Normal Mode for general testing and Brand Mode when testing one of the supported coolant brands.
