Shipping speed is calculated as order handling time plus carrier transit time.

Handling time is the time from order placement/payment confirmation until the order is handed to the carrier. Transit time starts after the carrier receives the shipment and ends when the customer receives the package.

A fastest transit time of 1 business day means the carrier transit time may be as short as 1 business day after shipment. It does not mean every order has a total delivery time of 1 business day.

Order Handling Time

Order handling time is 1-3 business days. Handling time starts after payment is received and the order is ready for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays that affect the relevant warehouse or carrier.

Our order cutoff time is 14:00 CST (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

If same-day carrier handoff is available for a specific local-stock item, the product page, cart, checkout, or shipping service may show a faster estimate. Unless that faster estimate is shown, the standard handling time remains 1-3 business days.

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Transit time begins only after the shipment is handed to the carrier. The exact available shipping method, charge, and delivery estimate may vary by product, destination, stock location, package size, and checkout configuration.

For example, a local-stock item with 1-3 business days of handling time and 1-10 business days of transit time has an estimated total delivery time of 2-13 business days.

Local Stock and Fastest Transit Time

For Local Standard / Local Stock items shipped from our US, UK, or Germany warehouses, transit time is usually 1-10 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery address and carrier service.

The fastest 1-business-day estimate refers to transit time after the shipment has been handed to the carrier. It should not be read as a guaranteed 1-business-day total delivery time for every order.

International Air Freight

For International Air Freight orders shipped from Shenzhen or another cross-border warehouse, transit time is usually 3-10 business days after shipment. Estimated total delivery time is usually 4-13 business days after adding order handling time.

Oversized, Freight, and Ocean Shipping

Local Oversized / Freight items usually have a transit time of 3-15 business days after shipment, with an estimated total delivery time of 4-18 business days.

International Ocean Freight / Heavy Item Delivery usually has a transit time of 30-50 business days after shipment, with an estimated total delivery time of 31-53 business days.

Some lift, tire changer, wheel alignment, and other heavy or special-handling products may require freight delivery or ocean freight. These products may have longer transit windows, delivery appointment requirements, or additional delivery conditions.

If a product requires oversized freight or ocean freight, review the product page, cart, and checkout carefully before payment. Ocean-freight products must show Large Item Ocean Freight at checkout.

Shipping Charges and No-Cost Standard Shipping Eligibility

Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Eligible retail orders with a product subtotal of USD 59 or more qualify for no-cost standard shipping where the checkout shows that option.

The USD 59 threshold is calculated based on the product subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, and shipping charges. Some destinations, remote areas, oversized items, ocean-freight items, and B2B quote orders may have different shipping rules shown before payment.

Standard free-shipping thresholds do not automatically apply to oversized freight or ocean freight products unless checkout shows that option.

Duties, VAT, Customs, and Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges required by the destination country or carrier.

If any of these charges are shown at checkout, review them before payment. If they are charged separately by customs, the carrier, or a broker, the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is usually activated within 24-72 hours after shipment. If tracking has no update for 5 business days after activation, contact [email protected] with your order number and tracking number.

International tracking may pause while parcels transfer between countries, wait for customs processing, or move through a last-mile delivery network.

Split Shipments and Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if products are stored in different warehouses or require different shipping methods. If your order is split, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address Changes and Failed Delivery

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before shipment. After a parcel has been handed to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay required import charges, the customer may be responsible for the actual costs that result.
