Read these fluid and compatibility rules before using CT150. The cleaning fluid and the test fluid serve different purposes and must not be mixed or substituted incorrectly.
Use Proper Cleaning Fluid
For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid or professional engine carbon cleaning fluid for better carbon deposit removal.
Use Proper Test Fluid
For injector testing, use professional automotive injector test fluid. If it is not available locally, 75%+ medical alcohol may be used as an alternative.
Do Not Test With Cleaning Liquid
Corrosive cleaning liquid can damage internal components, corrode rubber parts, and cause leakage. Do not use cleaning fluid as the injector test fluid.
Add Fluid Before Ultrasonic Cleaning
Add the correct ultrasonic cleaning fluid before running the ultrasonic function. Do not run the ultrasonic tank dry, because this may damage the ultrasonic board.
Diesel Injectors: Clean Only
CT150 can clean diesel injectors, but it cannot test diesel injectors. Injector testing is intended for gasoline injectors and supported motorcycle injectors.
Confirm Voltage And Language
CT150 is available for 110V / 220V power environments and has Russian and English versions. Confirm the correct voltage plug and language version before ordering.
Fluid Safety Reminder
Do not use gasoline as a testing fluid.
Do not mix cleaning fluid and testing fluid.

How To Use
Use CT150 to clean injector exteriors, perform ultrasonic cleaning, mount injectors on the flow bench, and run leak, spray pattern, and flow rate tests with the correct fluid.
Clean Injector Exterior
Clean the outside of the injector with cleaning liquid before opening the machine. Place the injectors in the ultrasonic bath after external dirt has been removed.
Run Ultrasonic Cleaning
Add the correct ultrasonic cleaning fluid, then turn on the ultrasonic system so ultrasonic energy can help dislodge particles inside the injectors. After cleaning, recycle the remaining cleaning solution if suitable.
Mount Injectors And Add Test Fluid
Fix the injectors on the main unit. Test for resistance, shorts, and current draw as needed, then add proper injector test fluid to about half of the glass tube.
Run Leak, Spray And Flow Tests
Perform leak testing, spray pattern testing, and flow rate testing on the flow bench. After cleaning, retest the injectors to compare performance before and after service.

The cleaning fluid level should not exceed the pulse line connection port during ultrasonic cleaning.
Use professional injector test fluid for testing. Do not use corrosive cleaning liquid in the testing system.
