Click to enlargeBefore You Order And Use
Review repair mode, EFB charging, lithium battery limits, emergency start limits, and input voltage version before using or ordering EM365.
Remove Battery Before Repair Mode
Repair mode may damage vehicle electronics. Always remove the battery from the vehicle before using repair mode.
Repair Success Depends On Battery Condition
Repair mode may help deeply discharged batteries affected by sulfation, but successful restoration depends on the degree of vulcanization and the battery’s physical condition.
Use Repair Mode Carefully
Improper repair mode use may cause fluid loss or drying inside the battery. Do not use it as a routine charging mode.
EFB Requires External Charging
EFB batteries contain liquid electrolyte that may boil during charging. Remove the battery from the vehicle and select External Charging mode for EFB charging.
Lithium Battery Not Supported By EM365
EM365 supports several lead-acid battery types, but it does not support lithium battery charging. Choose EM385 if lithium battery support is required.
Emergency Start Limit
The EM365 provides 400A / 12V starting support for suitable vehicles below 3.0L displacement. Confirm vehicle suitability before use.
Before Ordering Or Using
- Confirm the correct input voltage version for your market before ordering.
- Use repair mode only after removing the battery from the vehicle.
- For EFB batteries, use External Charging mode after removing the battery from the vehicle.
- EM365 is not the lithium-compatible model; EM385 is the upgrade option for lithium battery charging.
- For non-human damage cases, AUTOOL provides up to 3 years of warranty support and parts reissue support according to eligibility.
