Product Overview
The AUTOOL ATF702 transmission fluid exchanger is designed for automatic transmission fluid exchange, cycle cleaning, old oil recovery, new oil filling, and transmission maintenance. It helps replace contaminated ATF more thoroughly than traditional draining, supports pressure and flow control, and uses visible oil windows so technicians can observe the exchange process clearly.
Key Features
Automatic transmissions are precise and complex. A controlled ATF exchange helps remove more contaminated oil, metal debris, and sludge from the transmission system compared with simple draining.
Traditional Draining Is Limited
Traditional oil changing may remove only about 25% of the old transmission fluid, leaving contaminated oil inside the transmission and torque converter.
Old Oil Pollutes New Oil
Metal chips and oil sludge can remain in the gearbox and mix with new oil, reducing the effect of maintenance and increasing contamination.
Dirty ATF Can Affect Driving
Contaminated transmission fluid may contribute to slow acceleration, gear-shifting vibration, overheating, and higher fuel consumption.
Controlled Exchange Is Important
Improper oil filling or manual valve control may cause excessive or insufficient oil filling. ATF702 helps technicians observe oil pressure, oil flow, and oil color during service.
Key Features
ATF702 combines quick ATF exchange, separate cycle cleaning, visible old and new oil windows, pressure display, adjustable flow control, multiple working modes, and a mobile workshop design.
Quick ATF Exchange
The cleaning and oil exchange of automatic transmission fluid can be completed in about 20 minutes under proper service conditions, with exchange efficiency approaching 100%.
Separate Cycle Cleaning
The separate cycle cleaning function helps clean automatic transmissions more thoroughly before the final oil exchange process.
Old And New Oil Windows
Visible old and new oil observation windows let the operator compare used oil and fresh oil during the exchange process.
Pressure And Flow Control
The adjustable pressure and flow design helps technicians match different vehicle service conditions and reduce the risk of improper filling.
Mechanical Control Layout
The ATF702 uses mechanical control with clear valve positions, pressure gauges, emergency stop, start switch, and visible operating indicators.
Easy To Move
The mobile body, push handle, swivel casters, and one-way casters make it easier to move around the workshop during transmission maintenance.
