The AUTOOL CT200 injector ultrasonic cleaner and tester is a 6-cylinder fuel injector cleaning and testing machine for standard 12V gasoline fuel injectors. It combines ultrasonic cleaning with microprocessor hydraulic control technology to simulate low, medium, high-speed, acceleration, shifting, leakage, sprayability, reverse flushing, and no-disassembly cleaning workflows. Wide voltage technology supports both 110V and 220V power input.

Before You Order And Use

Before using CT200, confirm the injector type and prepare the correct ultrasonic cleaning fluid and injector test fluid. Cleaning fluid and test fluid must not be mixed or used in the wrong circuit.

Use Professional Cleaning Fluid

For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or automotive injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid to remove carbon deposits and impurities.

Use Professional Test Fluid

For injector testing, use professional automotive injector test fluid. It is colorless, odorless, and non-corrosive, helping simulate injector working states safely.

Do Not Test With Cleaning Liquid

Do not put corrosive cleaning liquid into the test circuit. It may damage internal components, accelerate rubber deterioration, cause leakage, and create repair costs.

Do Not Run Ultrasonic Cleaning Dry

Add the proper ultrasonic cleaning fluid before running the ultrasonic cleaning function. Running the ultrasonic tank without fluid may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.

75%+ Medical Alcohol Backup

If professional cleaning or test fluid is not available locally, medical alcohol above 75% can be used as a temporary alternative, but the cleaning or test effect may not be ideal.

Five Plugs For Single Injector Test

When testing a single injector, plug the other five cylinder positions. CT200 comes with five plugs for this purpose.

Compatibility Reminder

  • CT200 is designed for standard 12V gasoline fuel injectors.
  • CT200 can clean diesel injectors, but it cannot test diesel injectors.
  • CT200 does not test GDI high-pressure injectors. Choose CT400, CT450, CT500, FN606, or FN608 if you need GDI injector support.
  • No-disassembly cleaning is an additional function and requires special adapters.
  • Confirm the fluid type before filling the machine. Cleaning liquid is for ultrasonic cleaning, while test fluid is for the fuel injector testing circuit.

CT200 is the 6-cylinder standard injector option in the AUTOOL fuel injector cleaner and tester range. Use the guide below to decide whether CT200 or a higher model is more suitable.

Need 6-Cylinder Standard Injector Testing?

Choose CT200 if you need to clean and compare up to six standard 12V gasoline fuel injectors at the same time.

Need A Smaller 4-Cylinder Bench?

Choose CT150 or CT160 for 4-cylinder gasoline injector work. CT160 adds ultrasonic heating, while CT150 does not have heating.

Need GDI Injector Support?

Choose CT400 or above if you need to test GDI high-pressure injectors. CT200 only supports standard fuel injector testing.

Need 8-Cylinder Or Dual-Pump Testing?

Choose FN608 if you need 8-cylinder testing, dual independent fuel pumps, heating, multi-voltage settings, and higher workshop reliability.

6-Cylinder Test Bench

Humanized Drain Design

Preset programs can help drain test fluid or cleaner for some test items. After testing, drain the liquid and quickly restore system pressure to the default value.

Reverse Flush And Sprayability Test

Use the backlight and measuring tubes to observe spray status and injection uniformity. Reverse flush helps remove dirt from top fuel supply injectors.

How To Use

How To Use

Use CT200 by cleaning the injector exterior first, running ultrasonic cleaning with the correct cleaning fluid, installing the injectors on the test bench, and then performing leakage, sprayability, flow, and reverse flushing tests with proper test fluid.

Pre-Clean Injector Exterior

Clean the outside of the injectors with suitable gasoline or cleaning liquid before turning on the machine, so loose dirt does not contaminate the cleaning tank or test system.

Add Ultrasonic Cleaning Fluid

Pour the proper ultrasonic cleaning fluid into the cleaning tank, then place the injectors in the ultrasonic bath after the exterior dirt has been removed.

Connect Pulse Signal Wire

Connect the pulse signal wire and select the ultrasonic cleaning function. Ultrasonic vibration helps dislodge particles and carbon buildup inside the injectors.

Install Injectors On Main Unit

Pour in the proper test fluid, install the injectors on the fuel distributor or fuel rail, and fix the assembly to the main unit with bolts.

Run Injector Tests

Run leakage, spray pattern, flow rate, idle, medium, high-speed, acceleration, shifting, and reverse flushing tests according to the selected function number and test time.

Retest And Compare

After cleaning, return the injectors to the flow bench and retest all required functions. Compare spray pattern, measuring tube level, leakage, and flow consistency.

Use Notes

  • Before or during service, check the injector for resistance, shorts, and current draw if required by your diagnostic workflow.
  • Select the feature number and set the test time through the control panel. No special parameter setup is required for normal operation.
  • Use cleaning fluid only in the ultrasonic cleaning tank. Use non-corrosive injector test fluid in the testing system.
  • For single-injector testing, plug the other five cylinder positions.
  • No-disassembly cleaning requires special adapters and is not the same as standard bench testing.

CT150 / CT160CT150 and CT160 are 4-cylinder standard gasoline injector cleaners and testers. CT160 adds ultrasonic heating, while CT150 does not have heating.
CT200CT200 adds two more testing cylinders compared with CT150 / CT160, supporting 6 standard 12V gasoline fuel injectors. Other basic functions remain similar to the CT150 / CT160 level.
CT200 vs CT400CT200 only supports 12V standard fuel injectors and does not have a dedicated accessory drawer. CT400 supports standard injectors and GDI injectors, with better accessory storage.
CT400 / CT450 / CT500CT450 adds pulse injection testing compared with CT400 and has ultrasonic cleaning heating up to 50°C. CT500 further adds wide pulse injection and continuous injection testing but does not have heating.
FN606 / FN608FN608 supports 8 cylinders and uses two independent fuel pumps. FN606 supports 6 cylinders and uses one pump. If one FN608 pump fails, only the corresponding fuel rail is affected.

    My ultrasonic cleaner/injector bench tester. These are some Supra injectors that¡¯ll be going into my friend¡¯s 4Runner when it gets the supercharger bolted on. This machine allows me to do all sorts of tests and cleaning procedures, but this is just a RPM ramp up to 6500 RPM.
