Questions And Answers
These answers cover PT620 application, pressure range, pressure units, data lock and zeroing, batteries, adapters, model selection, package contents, and warranty support.
PT620 is designed for engine oil circulation system pressure testing. It is not the same as a cylinder pressure tester, fuel pressure tester, GDI pressure tester, transmission pressure tester, or brake pressure tester.
The product images show a display range of 0-426.6 PSI, 0-30 kg/cm², and 0-29.4 Bar. The user manual lists the range as 0-30 Bar and the overload pressure as 40 Bar.
PT620 supports PSI, Bar, and kg/cm². Use the pressure unit button to switch units according to your testing requirement.
PT620 supports data lock, interface lock, data clearing, and pressure zeroing. Do not treat PT620 as a multi-set data storage model unless confirmed by the latest product version and seller support.
PT620 uses four 1.5V AAA batteries. Open the battery cover on the back of the device, insert the batteries with correct polarity, and close the cover securely before use.
The comparison and adapter images list 18 accessory connector types for PT620. The adapter image shows metric, UNF, NPT, and ZG thread options, plus a right-angle quick connector and oil-resistant transfer hose. Confirm the required adapter size before testing.
Yes. Power on the gauge and zero the pressure value before testing. The manual also notes that shutdown should be performed under atmospheric pressure after measurement is completed.
PT620 is for engine oil pressure testing. For fuel pressure, compare PT630 or PT635. For GDI pressure, compare PT640. For transmission oil pressure, compare PT650. For brake system internal fluid pressure, compare PT660.
