The AUTOOL EM355 is a 3-in-1 inverter programming power supply for repair workshops, ECU programming, stable battery charging, and battery restoration. It provides an adjustable programming voltage range of 10.8V to 16V, supports multi-level intelligent charging, automatically stops when fully charged, monitors battery status in real time, and uses nine layers of safety protection during charging and power supply work.

Before You Order And Use

Review these safety instructions before using EM355 for battery restoration, EFB charging, in-car charging, or external charging. Repair mode and EFB batteries require extra care.

Remove Battery Before Repair Mode

Repair mode may damage vehicle electronics. Always remove the battery from the vehicle before using repair mode.

Repair Depends On Battery Condition

If a battery has been deeply discharged for a long time due to sulfuric acid buildup, repair mode can help activate sulfuric acid density and address sulfur layer degradation, but success depends on the degree of vulcanization.

Use Repair Mode Carefully

Repair mode may cause fluid loss or drying inside the battery. Do not use it as a guaranteed repair method for every failed battery.

EFB Is Not For In-Car Charging

For safety reasons, the In-car Charging mode does not include an EFB battery option.

External Charging For EFB

If the battery is EFB type, remove it from the vehicle and select External Charging mode before charging.

EFB Overheat Risk

EFB batteries contain liquid electrolyte. Boiling or overheating during charging may cause fire or explosion.

Safety Reminder

  • Do not use Repair Mode while the battery is installed in the vehicle.
  • Use External Charging mode for EFB batteries after removing the battery from the vehicle.
  • Contact support before ordering if you are unsure about battery type, input voltage version, or EM355 / EM365 / EM385 model selection.

EM355 is the practical choice for ECU programming power supply and lead-acid battery charging. Compare EM355, EM365, and EM385 before ordering if you need emergency start, car exhibition mode, lithium battery support, or a touchscreen.

Choose EM355 For Core ECU Programming

Choose EM355 if you need 10.8V-16V programmable voltage, 120A programming current, fast charging, battery restoration, and support for common lead-acid battery types.

Choose EM365 For Emergency Start

Choose EM365 if you also need 400A / 12V starting current and car exhibition mode. EM355 does not support starting current or vehicle display mode.

Choose EM385 For Lithium Batteries

Choose EM385 if you need LiFePO4 or NCM lithium battery support. EM355 and EM365 are not lithium battery chargers.

Choose EM385 For Touchscreen Control

EM385 adds adjustable charging power, a 4.3-inch touchscreen, a wider 9V-16V programming range, and 40A / 12V lead-acid battery charging.

Programmable Power Supply Mode

Precisely adjusts voltage from 10.8V to 16V for ECU programming and decoding operations. Two voltage stabilization modes are available: adjustable mode and fixed mode.

Worry-Free Fast Charging

Automatically detects battery status, intelligently adjusts voltage and current, improves charging efficiency, and stops when the battery is fully charged.

Multi-Stage Smart Charging

Initial pulse charging gradually increases power, middle-stage charging switches to high power, and final-stage charging changes to trickle charging to help prevent overcharging.

Battery Restoration Function

Advanced pulse restoration technology helps restore batteries affected by poor starting ability, severe discharge, or prolonged inactivity. Use Repair Mode only after removing the battery from the vehicle.

Compatibility And Fitment

Compatibility And Fitment

EM355 supports common lead-acid battery categories used in workshop charging and power supply applications. Lithium battery charging is not supported by EM355.

Supported Battery Types

Standard lead-acid, AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, GEL, and EFB batteries are supported.

Lithium Battery Limit

EM355 does not support LiFePO4 or NCM lithium battery charging. Choose EM385 if lithium battery support is required.

EFB Charging Rule

EFB batteries should be removed from the vehicle and charged with External Charging mode.

Repair Mode Boundary

Repair Mode is intended for batteries affected by deep discharge, poor starting ability, or prolonged inactivity. It may not restore every battery.

    I thought about it for a long time, and it turned out that I made the right choice. This is a very good device that can be charged intelligently! I originally wanted to choose EM385, but the merchant suggested that I buy EM355, which is enough because I don¡¯t need to use lithium batteries.

    Main purpose of me purchasing this is for live flash coding and programming for European vehicles. I did not use the voltage stabilizee function yet but i think it will be capable, it has a battery repair mode which works as long as your battery voltage is not too low otherwise it will not detect it. I have smaller chargers that detects low voltage batteries. I found out in order to be able to make it detect it is by using its jumpstart function until the amperage reaches 4amp then switch back to repair mode or charging mode and it will work. Note that some batteries cannot be recovered no matter what you do and this device is not to blame for it. It is quite easy to use, seems like a strong and solid build

    I recently purchased the EM355, after receiving it I marveled at the function of this product, the product has on the market most of the same type of product, not only the function, can see AUTOOL very heart to do this product, the product’s material is very durable, the design is very heart, I think that this can be the product is very worth buying.

    I am very happy with the tool as an emergency power source. I occasionally need to do some diagnostic work, and with it, I can easily do diagnostic work for several hours. This is really useful and efficient for me.
