The AUTOOL PT502 is a digital vacuum pressure gauge designed for automotive negative-pressure diagnosis. With a measurement range of -101kPa to 0kPa and ±1%FS accuracy, it helps technicians measure vacuum pressure in key systems such as the engine intake manifold, crankcase, EGR / exhaust valve, exhaust system, turbocharger vacuum line, and A/C ventilation system. By monitoring pressure data, PT502 helps locate engine sealing problems, pipeline leaks, system blockages, and concealed vacuum-related faults more efficiently.

High-Precision Sensor

The built-in high-precision pressure sensor quickly captures pressure changes and provides real-time measurement results across the -101kPa to 0kPa working range with ±1%FS accuracy.

Smart Temperature Compensation

The built-in temperature sensor monitors ambient temperature changes and automatically corrects measurement deviations, improving stability in -10°C to 60°C environments.

Direct Vehicle Power Supply

PT502 connects directly to the vehicle’s 12V power supply, providing worry-free power for continuous diagnosis without a separate internal battery.

Reverse Polarity Protection

If the positive and negative terminals are connected incorrectly, reverse polarity protection automatically cuts off current to help safeguard the gauge and vehicle battery.

Vacuum Fault Diagnosis

Pressure data helps identify sealing issues, pipeline leak points, system blockages, and hidden vacuum faults in multiple automotive systems.

PT502 is a negative-pressure-only diagnostic gauge. Review the zeroing and pressure-use limitations before testing.

Negative Pressure Only

PT502 only supports negative pressure / vacuum pressure measurement. Do not use it for positive pressure testing.

Do Not Power On Under Pressure

Do not turn on the vacuum pressure gauge while pressure is already applied. Powering on under pressure may affect zeroing and measurement accuracy.

Connect 12V Power Correctly

Connect the clamps correctly to the vehicle DC 10V–14V power supply. Reverse polarity protection helps protect the device, but correct connection is still required.

Confirm The Target System

Before testing, confirm that the target system is a vacuum / negative pressure system and that PT502’s -101kPa to 0kPa range is suitable.
