Product Overview

The AUTOOL CT500 is a 6-cylinder GDI, EFI, FSI, and standard gasoline fuel injector cleaner and tester for workshop injector cleaning, spray observation, flow comparison, leakage checks, and simulated engine-condition testing. It combines 15 cleaning and testing functions, 12V / 70V / 120V injector driving modes, a color display, adjustable system pressure, ultrasonic cleaning, and organized accessory drawer storage.

Before You Order And Use

Review the diesel injector limitation, fluid rules, ultrasonic cleaning requirement, voltage selection, and single-injector testing setup before using the CT500 injector cleaning machine.

Diesel Cleaning Only

Diesel injectors are supported for cleaning only. CT500 does not support testing diesel injectors.

Do Not Test With Cleaning Fluid

Use professional injector test fluid for testing. Corrosive cleaning fluid may damage internal parts, rubber seals, and cause leakage if used for testing.

Add Cleaning Fluid First

Before ultrasonic cleaning, add professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or ultrasonic injector cleaning fluid. Do not run ultrasonic cleaning dry.

Keep Fluids Away From Flame

Testing and cleaning fluids may be flammable. Keep the machine away from open flames and monitor it during operation.

Do Not Use Gasoline As Test Fluid

Do not use gasoline as injector test fluid. Use professional injector test fluid or the safer alternatives described in the fluid guide.

Single Injector Testing

When testing a single injector, plug the other five cylinders. CT500 includes five plugs for this setup.

Select Voltage Carefully

For GDI injectors, start from 12V and increase to 70V or 120V only when needed. Avoid using an incorrect voltage for an extended time.

Heating Limitation

CT500 does not support heated ultrasonic cleaning. Choose CT450, FN606, or FN608 if a 50°C heating tank is required.

Capacity Label Check

Product specifications list a 140ml test tube amount, while some comparison and feature images show a 110ml tube scale. Confirm with support if exact tube capacity is critical.

CT500 is designed for gasoline injector cleaning and testing across standard injectors, EFI, FSI, and GDI injectors. It is suitable for automotive repair shops, motorcycle maintenance, research teaching, and training departments that need repeatable injector comparison.

GDI Injectors

Supports GDI injector cleaning and testing with 12V, 70V, and 120V driving modes for different injector requirements.

EFI / FSI / Standard Injectors

Compatible with EFI, FSI, and standard gasoline injectors used in many European, American, and Asian vehicle applications.

6-Cylinder Workflows

Supports simultaneous cleaning and testing of up to six injectors for faster comparison and workshop service.

Diesel Injectors

Diesel injectors may be cleaned only. CT500 does not support diesel injector testing.

CT500 groups injector service into cleaning functions, spray pattern checks, flow comparison, leakage checks, and simulated operating-condition tests.

Cleaning Functions

Ultrasonic cleaning, reverse flushing, and no-disassembly cleaning. No-disassembly cleaning requires special adapters; reverse flushing is only for top fuel supply injectors.

Spray And Flow Checks

Idle, medium-speed, and high-speed sprayability tests; flow balance tests; and observation of injection shape and spray angle consistency.

Simulated Test Modes

Idle speed, medium speed, high speed, acceleration, variable speed, pulse injection, wide pulse injection, continuous injection, leak test, and leak detection test.
