LM120+ is used on pressurized refrigeration systems. Confirm the system pressure, hose rating, clamp accessory requirements, and working environment before connecting the gauge.
Confirm Rated Pressure
The digital manifold pressure tester measures gauge pressure. Do not use it if the tested equipment exceeds the instrument range.
Instrument Range
Pressure testing ranges from -101kPa to 6MPa, equivalent to -0.1bar to 60bar. The instrument limit pressure is 10MPa, or 100bar.
Standard Hose Limit
The standard hose maximum operating pressure is 600PSI, about 4.13MPa or 41.3bar. Its limit pressure is 3000PSI, about 20.68MPa or 206.8bar.
Use Suitable Hoses
If the packed hoses do not match the pressure requirement, use suitable replacement hoses for testing instead of forcing the standard hose.

Refrigerant Filling And Pressure Inspection
Turn off the blue and red valves, power on the gauge, select pressure test status, choose refrigerant and display units, zero the display if needed, then connect the gauge to the refrigeration system according to the flow direction.
Vacuum Operation
Switch to vacuum test status, connect the system correctly, turn on the blue and red valves, start the vacuum pump, and close the valves before shutting the vacuum pump after operation.
Pressure Leak Test
With both valves off and the instrument powered on, switch to pressure leak test mode. Press Run / Stop to start the test and monitor initial pressure, instant pressure, pressure difference, and elapsed test time.
Temperature And Superheat / Subcooling
When the tested refrigerant is selected and clamp-on temperature probes are connected correctly, the gauge can display real-time temperature and calculate SH superheat and SC subcooling data.
