Key Features
Control Rim Contact During Clamping and Demounting
Inflation Gauge
Read tire pressure directly on the digital gauge while following the approved inflation procedure.
Monitor inflation pressure on the machine-side display during the seating and inflation workflow.
Stable Composite Housing
The reinforced composite housing enhances overall machine strength and reduces vibration of the working head for more stable operation.
Pull-Out Foot Valve Assembly
The foot valve assembly uses a pull-out design, making maintenance and servicing easier for workshop users.
Alloy Steel Jaws With Protection Sleeves
Alloy steel jaws with quenched tips and jaw protection sleeves help improve clamping strength while protecting the rim surface.
Stainless Steel Tire Changer Mounting Head
The tire dismounting head is made of stainless steel and is equipped with anti-scratch washers to reduce rim damage during operation.
Bidirectional Large Cylinder and Dual Exhaust
The pneumatic system uses a bidirectional large cylinder and dual-exhaust structure for the machine’s return and bead-breaker actions.
3 Years Warranty Support
Main unit: 3-year warranty. Standard accessories: 1-year warranty. Warranty Policy.
How to Use
Deflate, Clamp, Demount and Seat the Tire
Confirm Wheel and TCA403 Range
Check rim diameter and width, tire outside diameter, profile and condition, wheel weight and the approved machine clamping arrangement.
Deflate Before Bead Service
Remove the valve core and verify the tire is fully deflated before using the bead breaker or demounting tool.
Break the Bead with Clearance
Lubricate the bead area, keep the bead-breaker shoe clear of the rim and keep hands and body outside the moving zone.
Center and Clamp the Wheel
Use the clamping arrangement approved for the machine and wheel, center the rim and confirm all jaws engage evenly.
Set the Swing Arm and Head
Position the TCA403 swing arm and mounting head with the required rim clearance, protectors and approved tire lubricant.
Demount or Mount with Bead Control
Keep the bead in the drop center.
Seat and Inflate by Procedure
Use the approved restraint and tire/rim inflation procedure, keep clear of the trajectory zone and never exceed the applicable seating or service pressure.
Inspect the Finished Assembly
Check bead seating, valve condition, rim contact and tire condition before removing the wheel from the turntable.
Safety & Compatibility
Protect the Rim, Bead, Sensor and Operator
Fully Deflate First
Remove the valve core and confirm zero pressure before bead breaking or demounting.
Stay Clear of Pinch Zones
Keep hands and body clear of the bead breaker, jaws, turntable and mounting head whenever controls are operated.
Match the Published Wheel Range
Confirm rim diameter, tire width, tire outside diameter, wheel condition and machine configuration as separate fields; one dimension does not qualify every wheel.
Protect Bead, Rim and Sensors
Use approved lubricant, jaw and head protectors, correct drop-center technique and the vehicle procedure for TPMS-equipped wheels.
Control Inflation and Bead Seating
Use the tire and rim manufacturer’s pressure limits and required restraint; never stand in the tire trajectory zone during inflation.
Separate Shop Air from Tire Pressure
The listed 8–10 bar is the machine air-supply requirement. It is not a tire bead-seating pressure or final vehicle tire pressure.
