CS310 supports Type-C upgrade. Use the latest DIAGNOSE folder from AUTOOL support or the official update source.

Connect By Type-C

Connect the device to a computer using the Type-C interface and wait for the computer to recognize the device.

Open New Drive

After recognition, a new drive letter appears on the computer. Open the newly recognized drive letter.

Replace DIAGNOSE Folder

Locate the folder with the same name and replace it with the downloaded upgrade folder named “DIAGNOSE”.

Restart Device

After completing the replacement, power on the device again to finalize the upgrade process.
