Track Your Order

Use your tracking number to check the latest shipping status available from the carrier. Tracking updates depend on carrier scans and may not appear immediately after shipment.

Track your package with the tracking number from your shipping confirmation.

Most tracking numbers become active within 24-72 hours after shipment. If your shipment has more than one parcel, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Track Your Package

Enter your tracking number exactly as it appears in your shipping confirmation email. This tracking tool is powered by 17TRACK; when you use it, the tracking number is sent to 17TRACK to retrieve carrier updates.

How to Find Your Tracking Number

  • Shipping confirmation emailCheck the email sent after your order is dispatched. The tracking number is normally shown in the shipment confirmation section.
  • Multiple packagesIf your order ships in separate parcels, each parcel may have its own tracking number.
  • Need help?Email support@autoolstore.com with your order number if you cannot find your tracking number.

Tracking Status Guide

  • Label CreatedThe shipment record has been created and is waiting for carrier pickup or first scan.
  • In TransitThe package is moving through the carrier network.
  • Out for DeliveryThe parcel is on the final delivery route, based on the carrier’s scan.
  • DeliveredThe carrier has marked the package as delivered to the destination address.

When Tracking Has No Update

Tracking information may take 24-72 hours to appear after shipment. International shipments may pause while parcels transfer between countries, clear customs, or move through a last-mile carrier.

If tracking shows no update for 5 business days after activation, email support@autoolstore.com with your order number and tracking number.
