Confirm injector type, cleaning fluid, testing fluid, and ultrasonic tank use before operation. These notes help prevent equipment damage and avoid unsupported testing scenarios.
Diesel Injector Limitation
Diesel injectors are supported for cleaning only, not testing.
Ultrasonic Cleaning Fluid
For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or professional injector cleaning fluid.
Injector Testing Fluid
For injector testing, use professional injector test fluid or medical alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol above 90% concentration.
No Corrosive Liquids
Do not use corrosive cleaning fluids for testing. Corrosive liquids may damage the equipment, and repair costs caused by this type of damage are not covered by free repair.
Do Not Dry-Run Ultrasonic Cleaning
Before using the ultrasonic cleaning function, add the cleaning fluid first. Running the ultrasonic function without fluid may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.
Single Injector Testing
When testing a single injector, plug the other 5 cylinders. CT450 includes five plugs for this purpose.
Fluid Storage Note
- If the device will not be used for a long period, recycle or drain the test fluid.
- Do not start ultrasonic cleaning until cleaning liquid has been added to the cleaning tank.
- For cleaning fluid and test fluid purchase references, use professional injector service fluids or high-concentration medical alcohol according to the function being used.
Key Features
CT450 provides more thorough injector cleaning, wider adaptation to injector types, and more comprehensive injector testing for workshop fuel system maintenance.
Heated Ultrasonic Cleaning
28kHz high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning combined with 50°C heating helps remove oil, carbon deposits, and gelatinous residues from automotive injectors.
2000ml Smart Heating Tank
The built-in intelligent thermostat quickly heats 2000ml of cleaning solution to 50°C and maintains that temperature for higher cleaning efficiency.
6-Cylinder Automatic Detection
Six 110ml explosion-proof glass test tubes allow up to 6 injectors to be tested simultaneously, helping compare atomization, spray volume, and injector condition.
GDI / EFI / FSI Compatibility
CT450 supports ordinary injectors, GDI, EFI, and FSI long injectors, with adapters for BMW injectors and connectors for different automotive injector sizes.
12V / 70V / 120V Voltage Selection
Multiple voltage outputs support different injector types. Intelligent GDI voltage recognition helps prevent injector damage caused by incorrect voltage selection.
Storage Drawer And Detail Design
The storage drawer, liquid level indicator, drain valves, glass tube lighting, foldable grip, and side handle improve workshop organization and operating efficiency.

Uses ultrasonic waves and automatic heating to increase cleaning efficiency, thoroughly clean injectors, and improve fuel atomization.
Reverse Flushing
Flushes test liquid from the injector outlet to the inlet, helping remove dirt inside the injector or injector strainer. This function applies only to top fuel supply injectors.
No-disassembly Cleaning
Supports direct cleaning without disassembling injectors. This is an additional function and requires special adapters.
Simulated Engine Conditions
Idling, medium speed, high-speed, acceleration, and shifting speed tests simulate different engine operating conditions to check injector performance.
Spray And Seal Evaluation
Leak checking and spray value tests help evaluate injector sealing condition, spray pattern, and spray performance under different simulated states.
Pulse Injection Test
Intermittently injects fuel at different pulse widths and frequencies to assess injector response time, atomization quality, and overall performance.

Questions And Answers
These answers cover diesel injector support, cleaning fluid, testing fluid, CT400 / CT450 / CT500 differences, CT200 / CT400 differences, CT150 / CT160 / CT200 differences, and FN606 / FN608 comparison.
No. Diesel injectors are supported for cleaning only, not testing.
For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or professional injector cleaning fluid. Add the cleaning fluid before turning on the ultrasonic cleaning function. Do not dry-run the ultrasonic tank, because it may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.
For injector testing, use professional injector test fluid or medical alcohol above 90%, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. Do not use corrosive liquid for testing. Corrosive liquids may damage the equipment, and this type of damage is not covered by free repair.
Compared with CT400, CT450 adds the Pulse Injection Test and 50°C ultrasonic heating, making it more effective for heated injector cleaning. Compared with CT450, CT500 adds Wide Pulse Injection Test and Continuous Injection Test for more advanced testing functions. However, CT450 has the heated cleaning advantage over CT500 because CT500 does not support heating.
CT200 supports 12V standard fuel injectors only. CT400 supports both 12V standard injectors and GDI injectors, making it compatible with a wider range of injector types and vehicles. CT400 also includes a drawer for injector adapters and accessories, while CT200 does not have dedicated accessory storage.
CT150 and CT160 are designed for cleaning and testing fuel injectors of 4-cylinder gasoline engines. CT160 adds an ultrasonic heating function, while CT150 does not have this feature. Compared with CT150, CT200 adds two more testing cylinders for 6-cylinder testing, while the other core functions remain similar. If you only need a tester for 12V gasoline injectors, CT160 is a suitable choice. If you need to test GDI high-pressure injectors, choose CT400, CT450, CT500, FN606, or FN608.
FN608 supports testing for 8 cylinders, while FN606 supports testing for 6 cylinders. FN608 also has two independent fuel pumps, each corresponding to a separate fuel rail on the left and right sides. If one pump fails, only the corresponding fuel rail is affected, while the other can continue working. FN606 has a single fuel pump, so if the pump fails, the whole system stops working until the pump is replaced.
FN608 supports 8 cylinders, while CT500 supports 6 cylinders. FN608 features a heating cleaning tank that maintains up to 50°C, while CT500 does not support heating. FN608 also supports wider voltage ranges, including 12V, 12-70V, and 120-180V, while CT500 supports 12V, 70V, and 120V. FN608 has an independent cleaning tank design and dual fuel pumps, while CT500 has an integrated cleaning tank and a single fuel pump.
