Combine Heated Cleaning with Selectable Injector Drive
Clean compatible standard gasoline, EFI, FSI and selected GDI injectors in a 2 L, 28 kHz ultrasonic tank with heat up to 50°C when the fluid and injector permit. The 2,000 mL ultrasonic cleaning tank provides thermostatic control up to 50 °C; use the fill level and operating limits in the supplied manual.

Identify the Injector and Required Test
Record the injector manufacturer and part number; confirm service permission, electrical drive, feed direction, adapter, seals, replacement parts, temperature limit, and whether a low-pressure comparison can answer the job.

Select the Adapter and Documented Voltage
Choose the correct connector, rail adapter, and 12 V, 70 V, or 120 V setting from verified injector and CT450 information. Stop and obtain guidance if the drive is unknown.

Add Approved Cleaning Fluid and Set Heat
Fill the ultrasonic tank to the manual’s operating level with an approved cleaning fluid. Set a permitted temperature up to 50 °C; never heat or ultrasonically clean a fluid or injector that is not approved for the process.

Run the Heated Ultrasonic Cycle
Secure and connect the injectors, then run the selected ultrasonic and pulse-cleaning cycle. Do not operate the tank dry, and monitor the process according to the manual.

Mount and Seal Up to Six Injectors
Install compatible injectors with the correct fittings and new seals where required. Check the fixture for leaks and plug every unused test position before pressure is applied.

Add Approved Test Fluid and Configure
Use only a test fluid confirmed by the current manual, product materials, SDS, and local requirements. Set the documented voltage, pressure, pulse, time, and selected test mode; do not put cleaning liquid in the test circuit.

Test, Compare, and Drain
Run leakage, spray, collected-volume, preset-cycle, or pulse-injection checks under identical conditions. Swap channels when necessary, repeat after cleaning, then drain or recover each fluid through its assigned path.

Low-Pressure GDI Boundary
CT450 supports specified cleaning and relative comparison tasks on selected GDI injectors at bench pressure; it is not a high-pressure GDI characterization, coding, or calibration machine.
Use Heat Only When Permitted
Heating up to 50 °C is available, but the chosen temperature must be compatible with the injector, seals, cleaning chemistry, tank instructions, and local handling rules.
Use Approved Test Fluid
Use professional injector test fluid approved for the CT450 and injector application. Follow the supplied manual, the fluid SDS, material limits, and regional handling rules.
Keep Cleaning Fluid Out of the Test Circuit
Do not use corrosive cleaning liquid as test fluid. Keep the two fluid paths separate and follow ventilation, ignition-control, PPE, storage, and disposal requirements.
Never Dry-Run the Ultrasonic Tank
Add the approved liquid to the specified level before enabling ultrasonic cleaning or heating, and monitor the machine during operation.
Seal and Secure Every Position
Use the correct fittings and seals, check clamping and leaks, and plug all unused positions before pressurizing the rail.
Diesel Service Limit
Compatible diesel injectors may be cleaned when their approved procedure permits it, but CT450 does not test them. Diesel opening-pressure, spray, common-rail, return-flow, coding, and calibration tests require dedicated equipment and procedures.
Drain Fluid for Long Storage
If CT450 will not be used for a long period, recover or drain the test fluid through the specified path.

Compare Spray, Leakage, and Volume Under Matched Conditions
Closed Injector Drips
Rule out adapter, seal, rail, and channel leakage first. If the injector still drips after an approved cleaning and controlled retest, internal seat wear or damage may require specialist service or replacement.
One Measuring Cylinder Collects Less
A restriction is possible, but mounting leakage, channel error, or unstable pressure can produce the same pattern. Check sealing and setup, swap channels, and repeat before judging the injector.
Irregular Injector Spray Pattern
A coarse, split, deflected, or dripping pattern can be consistent with deposits or mechanical damage. Repeat the same test after permitted cleaning and escalate if the abnormality remains.
Pulse Response Differs
Repeat a lagging or inconsistent response under the same settings, then continue with the applicable electrical or calibrated injector test if the difference remains.
Improvement After Heated Cleaning
Record temperature and test settings, then compare the cleaned injector under the same conditions and verify the repair on the vehicle.

The injector may already be clean, the deposit may not respond to the permitted process, or an electrical or mechanical fault may remain. Stop repeated uncontrolled cycles and continue diagnosis.
Use the Bench Result
Use CT450 for matched low-pressure comparison. Apply injector-specific data, high-pressure equipment and vehicle diagnosis for original-pressure GDI performance, calibration, coding or a remaining misfire.

Heating, Drive, and Fit Questions
What does heating add on CT450?
CT450 can heat approved ultrasonic cleaning fluid up to 50 °C. Heat is a controllable process variable and may assist an approved cleaning chemistry, but results still need to be checked with the same before-and-after test conditions.
Can CT450 test GDI injectors at original pressure?
No. It can drive and comparatively observe selected compatible GDI injectors under its low-pressure bench conditions; it is not an original-pressure GDI characterization, coding, or calibration system.
How many injectors can it test?
CT450 provides six test positions and six 110 mL cylinders. Plug every unused position when testing fewer than six injectors.
What is the pulse-injection test for?
It lets you compare injector response and spray behavior at supported pulse settings. It does not create an OEM dynamic-flow calibration or identify every electrical fault.
Hangi temizlik sıvısını kullanmalıyım?
For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or professional injector cleaning fluid. Add the cleaning fluid before turning on the ultrasonic cleaning function. Do not run the ultrasonic tank dry; doing so may damage the ultrasonic system.

Can CT450 Test Diesel Injectors?
No. Diesel injectors are supported for cleaning only, not testing.

CT400, CT450 ve CT500 Arasındaki Fark Nedir?
Compared with CT400, CT450 adds the Pulse Injection Test and 50°C ultrasonic heating, making it more effective for heated injector cleaning. Compared with CT450, CT500 adds Wide Pulse Injection Test and Continuous Injection Test for more advanced testing functions. However, CT450 has the heated cleaning advantage over CT500 because CT500 does not support heating.
CT200 ve CT400 Arasındaki Fark Nedir?
CT200 supports 12V standard fuel injectors only. CT400 supports both 12V standard injectors and GDI injectors, making it compatible with a wider range of injector types and vehicles. CT400 also includes a drawer for injector adapters and accessories, while CT200 does not have dedicated accessory storage.

FN608 supports testing for 8 cylinders, while FN606 supports testing for 6 cylinders. FN608 also has two independent fuel pumps, each corresponding to a separate fuel rail on the left and right sides. If one pump fails, only the corresponding fuel rail is affected, while the other can continue working. FN606 has a single fuel pump, so if the pump fails, the whole system stops working until the pump is replaced.
