Understanding the update types

Use both the update type and version status to decide which file applies to your product.

  • Vehicle Database Update

    The XC503, XC505, and XC508 files are successive versions of the same wheel-aligner vehicle database. They are not device-software updates.

  • Device Software Update

    Updates software used by the named AUTOOL device. Match the exact model and hardware generation.

  • PC Upgrade Tool

    Provides a computer-based upgrade method when the product's wireless upgrade connection is unsuitable.

  • Latest vs. Previous Version

    Use the latest XC database version unless AUTOOL Support or your product instructions require the previous version.

Download and Verify Your File

All downloads on this page use the ZIP format. Compare the SHA-256 checksum shown beside a download with the checksum of the file you received. A match confirms that the file downloaded completely, but it does not replace the model, generation, region, and installation checks above.

The CS310 ZIP contains separate Europe and Asia packages in RAR format. Choose the region required by your device. When extracting any update, keep its folder names and locations unchanged.
