Choose your CT series fuel injector cleaner based on cylinder capacity, injector type, heating function, testing modes, adapter quantity, accessory storage, and whether you need standard injector or GDI-compatible workflows.

Need A Basic 4-Cylinder Tester?

Choose CT150 or CT160 if you mainly test 4 standard fuel injectors. CT150 is the basic 4-cylinder model, while CT160 adds cleaning fluid heating up to 45°C.

Need Cleaning Fluid Heating?

Choose CT160 or CT450. CT160 supports cleaning fluid heating up to 45°C, while CT450 supports ultrasonic heating up to 50°C. CT400 and CT500 do not support heating.

Need 6-Cylinder Testing?

Choose CT200, CT400, CT450, or CT500 if you need to test 6 fuel injectors at once. CT150 and CT160 support 4 fuel injectors.

Need GDI / EFI / FSI / Long Injector Support?

Choose CT400, CT450, or CT500. CT150 and CT160 only test standard fuel injectors, while CT200 supports standard injectors and standard fuel injectors for Toyota and Honda modified vehicles.

Need More Adapters And Storage?

CT150 and CT200 include 3 adapter types, CT160 includes 5 adapter types, and CT400, CT450, and CT500 include 9 adapter types with drawer storage for accessories.

Need Advanced Injection Tests?

AUTOOL Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner combines ultrasonic cleaning technology with microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control. The system helps simulate engine operating conditions while cleaning and testing injector performance.

Ultrasonic Deposit Removal

Ultrasonic vibration works with suitable cleaning fluid to help loosen carbon, sludge, and injector deposits.

Closed-Loop Oil Pressure Control

Microcomputer control monitors and adjusts oil pressure to keep testing more stable under simulated operating conditions.

Engine Simulation Testing

The tester simulates operating conditions such as idle, medium speed, high speed, acceleration, variable speed, leakage, and flow balance.

GDI Drive Modes By Model

GDI-compatible models use drive technology and multiple voltage drive modes to support direct-injection injectors from major European, American, and Asian car brands.

Before You Order And Use

Testing fluid and cleaning fluid must be used correctly. Using cleaning solution for testing can damage internal components and may cause leakage, pressure failure, no fuel spray, or pump damage.

Use The Correct Testing Fluid

For testing fluid, use 75%-99% alcohol solution or ordinary medical alcohol. If unavailable, kerosene can also be used. Professional injector testing fluid is recommended.

Use Proper Cleaning Fluid

For ultrasonic cleaning, use professional engine carbon cleaning fluid or automotive injector ultrasonic cleaning solution.

Do Not Test With Cleaning Solution

Cleaning solution may corrode internal components, expand rubber seals, cause leakage, damage the oil pump, and lead to pressure failure.

Do Not Run Ultrasonic Cleaning Dry

Before using ultrasonic cleaning, add carbon cleaning fluid first. Running the ultrasonic function without fluid may damage the ultrasonic motherboard.

Diesel Injector Limit

Diesel injectors are only supported for cleaning, not testing. Do not treat diesel injector testing as a supported CT series function.

Drain Liquids After Use

After using the machine, promptly drain all liquids from the machine for maintenance and to reduce the risk of corrosion or sealing problems.

Additional Use Notes

  • When testing a single injector on CT500, plug the other five cylinders. CT500 includes five plugs for this workflow.
  • Avoid corrosive cleaning fluids. Damage caused by testing with cleaning fluid or corrosive liquid may require paid repair.
  • If leakage, no pressure, no spray, or glass tube drainage issues occur, first confirm what liquid was added before checking pumps, seals, gaskets, and lines.

    The cleaning function with heat works really well and revived some old Bosch injectors. The test functions are good but common with other machines in this class the tubes are quite short which makes checking the spray pattern a bit tricky. Overall though this seems like a great bit of kit for a hobbyist.
