AUTOOL OD Series

Product Overview

The AUTOOL OD Series Oil Drain Station is specifically designed for draining waste oil from vehicle engines. Equipped with a large funnel and a steel storage tank, it efficiently collects waste fluids such as engine oil, transmission fluid, and coolant while helping prevent spills and messes. The pneumatic waste oil drain tank features fixed casters and swivel casters for smooth mobility and easier workshop operation. OD720 and OD760 also come equipped with pneumatic oil extractors powered by compressed air. The pneumatic oil extractor uses patented vacuum generation technology to create vacuum inside a transparent measuring cup or oil storage tank, enabling rapid waste oil processing for a more efficient and environmentally responsible oil change workflow.

How To Choose

How To Choose

Choose OD710, OD720, or OD760 based on whether you need pneumatic oil extraction, used-oil observation, accessory storage, or a larger oil reservoir.

Need Faster Oil Extraction?

Except for the OD710 oil extractor, which lacks pneumatic oil extraction capability, both OD720 and OD760 feature oil extraction functionality. Choose OD720 or OD760 if pneumatic extraction is required.

Need To Observe Oil Quality And Quantity?

Both OD720 and OD760 come with a tempered glass measuring cup, allowing clear inspection of used oil quality and quantity during service work.

Need Tool Storage?

Choose OD760 if you have many related accessories and need storage space. OD760 features three drawers for storing tools and service accessories.

Need A Larger Oil Reservoir?

Choose OD760 if larger storage capacity is a priority. It comes with an 80L oil reservoir for higher-frequency workshop oil service.

Key Features

Key Features

The OD series improves waste oil drainage, collection, observation, extraction, movement, and workshop handling efficiency with a compact model lineup.

Large Oil Catch Pan

The series uses a large-size oil catch pan for collecting engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, and other suitable waste fluids while reducing spills and workshop mess.

Adjustable Height

The adjustable-height design helps technicians position the oil drain station under different vehicles and service conditions.

Steel Tank Construction

The thickened steel storage tank supports workshop waste fluid collection, temporary storage, and later transfer for responsible disposal.

Pneumatic Vacuum Extraction

OD720 and OD760 support rapid vacuum extraction technology powered by compressed air, helping process waste oil faster than drainage alone.

Tempered Glass Measuring Cup

OD720 and OD760 include a tempered glass measuring cup for observing oil quality and quantity during extraction.

Mobility And Storage

The OD series includes workshop-friendly caster movement, while OD760 adds multi-tier tool drawers for accessory and tool storage.

How It Works

How It Works

The pneumatic oil extraction and drainage machine uses compressed air to drive a vacuum generator, rapidly generating powerful negative pressure in approximately 3 minutes for efficient waste oil extraction.

Compressed Air Input

Compressed air powers the pneumatic system and drives the vacuum generator. OD720 and OD760 require 6-8bar air supply pressure.

Vacuum Generation

The vacuum generator creates strong negative pressure inside the sealed transparent measuring cup or oil storage tank in about 3 minutes.

Waste Oil Extraction

Once vacuum is formed, waste oil can be extracted quickly into the measuring cup or storage tank for inspection, transfer, and disposal.

Applications

Applications

Use the OD series for suitable non-flammable waste fluid collection and handling during routine workshop maintenance. Do not use it with prohibited fluids listed in the safety notes.

Engine Oil Drainage

Collect waste engine oil during routine vehicle oil changes and maintenance services.

Transmission Fluid Collection

Support collection of suitable transmission fluid during service work while keeping the work area cleaner.

Coolant Collection

Use the drain station to collect suitable coolant and workshop waste fluids when permitted by the service procedure and local disposal rules.

Workshop Waste Fluid Handling

Improve waste fluid collection, movement, temporary storage, and handling efficiency across repair bays and maintenance stations.

Before You Order And Use

Before You Order And Use

Waste oil may be hot, and pneumatic extraction requires correct air supply, sealing, and pressure release. Review these safety notes before operation.

Safety And Operation Notes

  • No smoking or open flames during operation. Keep away from high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive areas.
  • If leaks occur, shut off the air supply and inspect hoses or components immediately.
  • Waste oil temperature is between 40-60°C; be cautious of burns.
  • During operation, wear gloves and safety goggles to protect your eyes and hands.
  • The engine must remain turned off throughout the operation.
  • Strictly prohibited for use with brake oil, gasoline, diesel, and other liquids containing methanol, ketones, or flammable liquids.
  • After completing the equipment operation, release the internal pressure, clean the equipment, and avoid equipment damage and personnel injury due to improper operation.
  • Do not use the equipment for functions not listed in this manual.
  • After extracting waste oil, promptly empty the waste oil from the measuring cup into the storage tank to better protect the measuring cup and extend its service life.
  • After emptying the waste oil from the measuring cup, there is no need to close the measuring cup’s drain valve.
