How to Use
Position, Raise, Lock and Lower the Vehicle
Qualify the Installation Site
Before vehicle lift installation, confirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power, air where required, and vehicle approach space.
Inspect Before Use
Check anchors, columns or platforms, arms, pads, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization components before loading a vehicle.
Position the Vehicle
Center the vehicle within the model geometry and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of columns, platforms and moving parts.
Set Approved Pickup Points
Use the vehicle manufacturer’s approved pickup points and match arm, pad, platform and extension placement to the actual wheelbase and load distribution.
Raise and Check Stability
Lift only enough to take the load, stop and verify all contact points and vehicle balance, then continue while watching both sides.
Engage and Verify Locks
Lower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone enters the work area below the vehicle.
Clear and Lower
Remove tools and people, raise enough to release the locks as designed, lower through the controlled descent and check the lift after the vehicle exits.
