Qualify the Installation Site
Before vehicle lift installation, confirm the lift drawing, concrete strength and thickness, anchors, ceiling and door clearance, power, air where required, and vehicle approach space.

Check anchors, columns or platforms, arms, pads, hoses, cables, cylinders, locks and synchronization components before loading a vehicle.

Position the Vehicle
Center the vehicle within the model geometry and keep doors, tires and bodywork clear of columns, platforms and moving parts.

Set Approved Pickup Points
Use the vehicle manufacturer’s approved pickup points and match arm, pad, platform and extension placement to the actual wheelbase and load distribution.

Raise and Check Stability
Lift only enough to take the load, stop and verify all contact points and vehicle balance, then continue while watching both sides.

Engage and Verify Locks
Lower onto the mechanical locks and confirm both sides are engaged before anyone enters the work area below the vehicle.

Clear and Lower
Remove tools and people, raise enough to release the locks as designed, lower through the controlled descent and check the lift after the vehicle exits.

Stay Within the Rated Configuration
Do not exceed the model’s rated load, and do not assume the capacity alone proves fit for a particular vehicle or load distribution.
Use the Required Foundation
Install and anchor the lift only to the specified concrete foundation and layout; obtain the model installation drawing before site work.
Use Approved Vehicle Pickup Points
Match arms, pads or platforms to the vehicle manufacturer’s lift points and keep the vehicle balanced.
Keep Clear of Moving and Pinch Zones
Keep people, tools, hoses and body parts away from lifting arms, contact pads, locks, cables and other moving parts during movement.
Verify Locks Before Working Below
Confirm the mechanical locks are fully and evenly engaged before entering beneath the raised vehicle.
Inspect Hydraulic and Synchronizing Parts
Stop use if hoses, cylinders, cables, chains, seals, anchors or synchronization behavior show damage, leakage or abnormal movement.

Infrared, foot, arm or other optional protection is present only when it is included in the ordered configuration.
