How to Use
Identify, Configure Drive, Clean, Test, and Compare
Identify The Injector Application
Record part numbers and confirm feed style, seals, adapter and required drive range before connection.
Prepare Approved Fluids
Place approved cleaning fluid in the ultrasonic unit and suitable non-corrosive test fluid in the machine circuit.
Install And Leak-Check The Fixture
Secure the correct adapters, rail and injector seals, then verify unused positions are handled as the manual specifies.
Capture A Baseline
Run a suitable leakage, spray or delivery comparison within the adjustable 0–10 minute range and record voltage, pressure, pulse, speed and time.
Apply The Chosen Cleaning Mode
Use heated ultrasonic cleaning, suitable top-feed reverse flush or optional no-disassembly adapters as approved.
Retest Under The Baseline
Repeat exactly the same settings and compare every injector with its earlier reading and the matched group.
Choose The Next Action
Document improvement, no change, leakage or imbalance before reinstalling, escalating diagnosis or replacing the injector.
Safety & Compatibility
Confirm Injector Type, Drive, Fixture, Fluid, and Pressure
Match Drive To The Injector
Match the drive range to the injector specification; confirm the requirement before selecting a higher range.
Verify Adapter And Seal Fit
Incorrect fit can leak, distort readings or damage parts. Confirm part number and feed arrangement.
Separate The Fluids
Use approved ultrasonic cleaning fluid in the cleaner and suitable non-corrosive test fluid in the test circuit; follow both SDS documents.
Do Not Run The Cleaner Dry
Add the approved volume before heating or ultrasonic operation.
Ventilate And Control Ignition
Wear eye protection and keep fluids and vapor away from flame, spark and hot surfaces.
Depressurize Before Opening
Stop the machine and release pressure before removing injectors, rails, hoses or fittings.
Use Correct Mains Power
Use the 110 or 220 V ±10%, 50/60 Hz version that matches the supply, with protective grounding.
Match the Bench Test to the Task
Use the bench for controlled group and before/after comparison at its stated pressure; use the vehicle or high-pressure procedure for on-engine GDI symptoms.
Test Results
Compare Output Only Under Matched Test Conditions
Check The Fixture First
A single odd result can come from an adapter, seal, rail, cylinder or connection. Correct the setup and repeat.
Compare Spray At One Setting
Compare spray shape and atomization across matched injectors under the same setting, then repeat any outlier before service decisions.
Compare Relative Delivery
Read all six cylinders at the same endpoint and conditions for group and before/after decisions.
Separate Leakage From Flow
Dripping in the specified leakage procedure and low delivered volume are different observations and should be recorded separately.
Interpret The Retest
Improvement supports a cleaning response; no change or intermittent behavior can justify further electrical, mechanical or on-vehicle diagnosis.
Plan the Next GDI Check
Use the 0.8 MPa bench for controlled comparison; use suitable high-pressure equipment for original rail-pressure, hot or loaded GDI testing.

FAQs
Drive Control and Injector Fit Questions
How many injectors can FN606 test together?
Up to six compatible injectors in six 110 ml transparent cylinders.
Which drive ranges does FN606 provide?
12 V, 12–70 V and 120–180 V.
Is its ultrasonic injector cleaner detachable?
Yes. The 550 ml ultrasonic unit can operate independently and heats cleaning fluid to 50 °C.
How is FN606 different from FN603?
FN606 retains six positions but adds the standalone 550 ml/50 °C cleaner, 0.8 MPa pressure and 0–40 ms pulse control. FN603 uses a 2,000 ml/45 °C integrated platform with 0.55 MPa and 0–20 ms.
How is FN606 different from FN608?
FN608 has eight positions and two independent pumps. FN606 has six positions and one pump.
Can it reverse-flush any injector?
Reverse flushing is limited to suitable top-feed injectors.
Does no-disassembly cleaning need adapters?
Yes. It is an additional function requiring special adapters.
Are the measuring-cylinder readings calibrated and certified?
Use the cylinders for controlled group and before/after comparison; apply calibrated limits only when the approved data and test conditions are available.
Can it prove full GDI performance?
No. The 0.8 MPa bench supports controlled comparison. Use suitable equipment for original high-pressure, hot or loaded on-engine GDI testing.
What should be checked before ordering?
Injector fit, drive range, adapters, seals, fluid requirements, regional voltage, pump service parts and current package contents.
