AUTOOL OD760 is a professional pneumatic oil drainer and extractor built for efficient workshop oil service. It combines vacuum oil extraction, a 20L large oil catch pan, a 10L explosion-proof tempered glass measuring cup, an 80L oil storage tank, five suction tubes, a 61-piece tool set, a multi-layer storage cabinet, and a 1.5mm thickened body into one mobile maintenance station.

With pneumatic vacuum extraction technology, OD760 can help complete oil extraction in about 3 minutes under suitable air supply conditions. The integrated drawers and tool set also help technicians keep common oil-service tools organized during daily maintenance work.

Rapid Vacuum Extraction

Uses pressurized air and a vacuum generator for rapid pneumatic oil extraction. With 6-8bar air supply pressure, oil extraction can be completed in about 3 minutes under suitable conditions.

10L Tempered Measuring Cup

The 10L explosion-proof tempered glass measuring cup has scale markings, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and clear visibility for checking waste oil quality and quantity.

5 Vacuum Suction Tubes

Includes five oil extraction wands for different vehicle applications: 5mm × 880mm, 6mm × 880mm, 6mm × 1090mm, 8mm × 880mm, and 8mm × 1090mm.

20L Large Oil Receiving Tray

The 20L oil catch pan has a 41cm diameter, providing a larger collection area for bottom oil drainage and helping reduce spills during service.

80L Thickened Oil Tank

OD760 handles hot waste oil and uses compressed air. Review these safety and operation notes before using the equipment.

Warm Tips

  • No smoking or open flames during operation.
  • Keep away from high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive areas.
  • If leakage occurs, shut off the air supply and inspect hoses or components immediately.
  • Waste oil temperature is between 40-60°C; be cautious of burns.
  • During operation, protect your eyes and hands. Gloves and safety goggles are recommended.
  • The engine must remain turned off throughout the operation.
  • Strictly prohibited for use with brake oil, gasoline, diesel, and other liquids containing methanol, ketones, or flammable liquids.
  • After completing the equipment operation, release the internal pressure and clean the equipment to avoid damage and personal injury caused by improper operation.
  • Do not use the equipment for functions not listed in the manual.
  • After extracting waste oil, promptly empty the waste oil from the measuring cup into the storage tank to better protect the measuring cup and extend its service life.
  • After emptying the waste oil from the measuring cup, there is no need to close the measuring cup drain valve.
