Combine Five Probes with Organized Tools
Rapid Vacuum Extraction
Uses pressurized air and a vacuum generator for rapid pneumatic oil extraction. With 6-8bar air supply pressure, oil extraction can be completed in about 3 minutes under suitable conditions.
10L Tempered Measuring Cup
The 10L explosion-proof tempered glass measuring cup has scale markings, high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and clear visibility for checking waste oil quality and quantity.
5 Vacuum Suction Tubes

Collect, Extract and Discharge Used Oil

準備空氣供應
Connect the specified compressed-air supply and inspect hoses, valves, tank level and the selected recovery path.

Choose Probe or Pan Recovery
Select a compatible extraction probe for suction removal or position the catch pan for gravity draining.

Collect and Monitor Oil
Build vacuum or begin gravity collection as directed, then watch the pre-chamber, tank level and every connection.

Transfer to the Main Tank
Close the recovery path and transfer collected oil into the storage tank using the machine controls.

Discharge and Vent
Secure the outlet in an approved waste container, use the separate controlled-discharge procedure and release tank pressure after transfer.

Confirm the Probe Route
Choose a probe that fits the vehicle access path without forcing, kinking or detaching.

Leak Response
If leakage occurs, shut off the air supply and inspect hoses or components immediately.
Burn and Eye Protection
Waste oil temperature is between 40-60°C; be cautious of burns.
During operation, protect your eyes and hands. Gloves and safety goggles are recommended.
Keep Engine Off
The engine must remain turned off throughout the operation.
Pressure Release and Cleaning
After completing the equipment operation, release the internal pressure and clean the equipment to avoid damage and personal injury caused by improper operation.

What Air Supply Pressure Does OD760 Need?
OD760 requires 6-8bar air supply pressure for pneumatic vacuum extraction. Oil discharge pressure is 0.6-0.8bar, and air consumption is listed as 150L/min.
How Fast Can OD760 Extract Oil?
OD760 uses vacuum extraction technology and can achieve rapid oil extraction in about 3 minutes under suitable air supply and operating conditions.
What Is The Measuring Cup Capacity?
