How It Works
OD720 uses compressed air to generate vacuum inside the measuring cup or storage tank, then pulls waste oil through the extraction wand into the cup or tank under the correct operating conditions.
Compressed Air Input
Connect the air supply to the vacuum generator or tank inlet valve according to the required operation. The specified air supply range is 6-8bar.
Vacuum Generation
The vacuum generator evacuates the tempered measuring cup or oil storage tank, creating negative pressure for suction extraction.
Oil Extraction
External air pressure draws waste oil through the selected oil evacuation wand and oil extraction hose into the measuring cup or storage tank.
Oil Recovery Through Pan
For gravity recovery, lift the vehicle, align the oil catch pan with the engine drain hole, and allow waste oil to flow into the storage tank.
Tank Discharge
When discharging the storage tank, pressurize the tank through the oil tank inlet valve, then slowly open the drain valve after pressure builds.
Safety Control
The oil tank safety valve releases pressure when tank pressure exceeds 1.0bar. Always cut off the air supply after discharging oil.
