I¡äm writing this review in English language, even if I am German. I wanted to have such a dry-ice cleaning machine since a long time. All the machines you can buy in Germany/Europe are so expensive that I was not willing to pay so much money for a machine that “only” blasts compressed air with dry ice pellets. In my opinion, all the machines in Germany are heavily overpriced. I can accept that some of the parts in those machines are made of stainless steel, but the electronics are simple, no computing etc. To call for way more than 10thousand EUR, sometimes more than 20thousand EUR seemed always unjustified to me. So I borrowed such machines sometimes for a weekend and even the rental prices are way to high. Due to the fact, that I borrowed several types of machines, I can state that I am able to judge about the quality of those devices.
When I found this Autool device for 2.999 US$, I decided to take the risk and ordered one. The risk for me was to maybe lose 2.999 EUR for some metal scrap – on the other hand I thought “give it a chance”, it can be a good machine for this amount of money. I ordered the machine 3 weeks ago. I dircetly got an order confirmation. In the week after ordering I asked for an aprox. delivery time by email. Even if this was in the Chinese Golden Week, which I was not aware of, I got an answer on the same day. They stated that they will send the machine as soon as possible after the golden week – and so it was. I got a tracking information last Friday. It was send via DHL Express, the customs clearance was done easily online. The machine arrived on Monday, just 4 days after sending out in China – perfect!
The machine arrived in a wooden box, which is quality wise so good, that I opened it carefully because I want to keep this wooden box. The machine was very well packed and all the additional accesories haven been in the box.
To run the machine is easy and self explaining. It runs with 3mm pellets. When I pushed the button of the gun for the first time I was shocked. A heavy recoil occured and I had to smile about this high pressure that came out of the gun. I filled the machine with pellets and I have to state that the power / pressure with which the pellets blast out of the gun is amazing! Compared to all the other devices I had, this device can beat most of them. I guess it is on the same level as the highest class devices that you can buy in Germany for the price of a new small car.
I am absolute satisfied with the service and the quality of the machine so far. Of course I don¡ät have long time expeerience yet.
I took the time to write this review, because I am so happy and thankfull to have such a powerfull machine now for such a low amount of money! I am independent and I don¡ät get any money for this review!
