How to Use
Deflate, Clamp, Demount, Mount, and Seat the Tire
Confirm Wheel and TCA505/506 Range
Check rim diameter and width, tire outside diameter, profile and condition, wheel weight, the approved machine clamping arrangement and whether TCA506 bead-blaster assistance is required.
Deflate Before Bead Service
Remove the valve core and verify the tire is fully deflated before using the bead breaker or demounting tool.
Break the Bead with Clearance
Lubricate the bead area, keep the bead-breaker shoe clear of the rim and keep hands and body outside the moving zone.
Center and Clamp the Wheel
Use the clamping arrangement approved for the machine and wheel, center the rim and confirm all jaws engage evenly.
Set the Tilt-Back Column and Head
Position the TCA505/506 tilt-back column and mounting head with the required rim clearance, protectors and approved tire lubricant.
Use the Right-Side Auxiliary Arm
Keep the bead in the drop center and use the supplied right-side auxiliary arm when the approved procedure calls for controlled sidewall support.
Seat and Inflate by Procedure
