How It Works

AUTOOL brake fluid exchangers use high-frequency pulse pressure to move new brake fluid through the brake lines while helping recover old brake fluid. Compared with traditional compression-type brake fluid bleeders, the pulsating method helps prevent bubbles during refilling, reduces or eliminates manual bleeding in many service situations, and improves exchange efficiency.

High-frequency pulse pressure improves brake fluid exchange efficiency and helps push old fluid and impurities out of the brake lines.

Bubble Reduction

Pulsating refilling helps prevent air bubbles from forming during brake fluid filling and can reduce the need for manual bleeding.

Brake fluid replacement requires controlled pressure, clean connections, compatible brake fluid, and careful leak checks. Review these notes before use.

Pressure Control

The factory pressure regulator working pressure is set to 1-1.5bar. This setting helps prevent deformation of the liquid storage chamber and helps ensure the tightness of the secondary sealing ring.

Do Not Over-Pressurize

Exhausting or changing fluid at lower working pressure is feasible by adjusting pressure and the size switch. In special circumstances, higher working pressure may be used, but excessive pressure adjustment must be avoided because it may damage the brake master cylinder.

Leak And Hose Checks

Check each connection for leaks during brake fluid replacement. Inspect the connecting hose for damage before use and stop service if leakage or hose damage is found.

Fluid Cleanliness And Safety
