Fuel Injector Test Fluid

 

  • The liquid used for the injector test function is paraffin or professional injector test liquid,or medical alcohol with a concentration above 90% can be used instead.

 

 

Injector Cleaning Fluid

 

  • When using the ultrasonic cleaning function, please add professional injector cleaning fluid for cleaning. If you can’t buy it locally you can also use medical alcohol with a concentration above 90% instead, but the effect may not be as good as the cleaning fluid.

 

Warm Tips

Please turn on the ultrasonic cleaning function after pouring in the cleaning liquid to avoid dry burning of the equipment without pouring in the liquid, which will cause damage to the ultrasonic motherboard.

Regarding the injector test function, please do not use any liquid containing any corrosive properties for the test. Corrosive liquids can cause damage to the equipment, in which case we will not repair it free of charge.

If the device is not used for a long period of time, it is recommended to recycle the test fluid.

Operation Steps

How to troubleshoot a failure to power on properly?

  • Check if the fuse in the powersocket is in good condition
  • If it is damaged replace it with a new 5A fuse
  • Verify that the power adapter is providing power to the motherboard
  • Normal input voltage should be 110V or 220V
  • Normal output voltage should be 12V

How do I fix a Injector test with no pressure, no spray?

  • Check if the testing fuid has beenadded to the designated leve!
  • Applycontinuous pressure and monitorthe pressure qauge forany changes
  • injector puiselne connection is loose
  • Continuously apply pressure, check if there is a change in the current and voltage of the pump
  • If the voltage is displayed normally and increases
  • It indicates the pump malfunction
