Separate Each Battery System Check
Connect The Clamps
Connect the red clamp to the positive battery pole and the black clamp to the negative pole. Shake the clamps slightly to confirm a firm connection before testing.
Select Battery Test
Choose the battery type, test standard, and test range according to the battery label. The tester will provide results within a few seconds under normal conditions.
Run Cranking Test
Enter the Cranking Test function and follow the prompt to start the engine. The tester checks the starting motor through cranking voltage and current behavior.
Run Charging Test
Enter Charging Test, follow the prompt to increase engine speed to about 2500 RPM for 5 seconds, then press OK to complete the test.
Run Maximum Load Test
Select Max Load Test, turn on the vehicle electrical appliances, start the engine as instructed, then press OK to observe battery voltage under vehicle electrical load. This routine uses the vehicle’s electrical loads; it is not a resistive high-current battery load test.
