2. Use of the Website

You may use the website to browse products, review information, place orders, contact support, and access policy pages. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with checkout, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Section 02

3. Product Information

Product pages show the product name, description, images, specifications, compatibility notes, package contents, price, and availability information available for that listing. Product details may vary by model, version, region, or production batch.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product pages, manuals, compatibility notes, safety information, and operating requirements before purchase and use.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not mean the order has been accepted. AUTOOL may decline or cancel an order and issue a refund if the product is unavailable, the price or product information contains an obvious error, payment cannot be verified, fraud risk is detected, shipping is not available, export restrictions apply, or the order cannot be fulfilled for another lawful reason.

We will not use this section to add undisclosed shipping charges or change the shipping method after payment without your agreement.

Section 03

5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Duties

Prices are displayed in USD unless checkout explicitly shows another currency. Before confirming payment, the checkout page shows the product price, applicable discounts, shipping charges, and any taxes or duties collected by AUTOOL.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges if they are not collected at checkout. Those charges may be collected separately by customs, the carrier, or a broker.

6. Payment and Verification

Payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by order. Guest Checkout is supported. AUTOOL may review payment, billing, shipping, or order information before shipment for fraud prevention and transaction security.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Section 04

7. Shipping

Shipping methods, handling time, transit time, duties, taxes, tracking, split shipments, address changes, and failed delivery rules are explained in our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, phone number, and delivery information before submitting an order.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, return authorization, return shipping cost responsibility, refund timing, refund method, exceptions, and statutory rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

Do not send any product back without written return instructions from AUTOOL support.

Section 05

9. Warranty and Product Use

Commercial warranty coverage, warranty periods, claim materials, exclusions, review steps, and possible remedies are explained in our Warranty Policy.

Customers must use products according to instructions, product labels, manuals, safety notes, and applicable laws. Automotive tools may require proper training, suitable working conditions, and correct setup.

10. Accounts and Customer Information

If you create an account or place an order, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activities under your account.

Section 06

11. Intellectual Property

The website, text, images, designs, product names, brand elements, and other content are owned by AUTOOL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or misuse website content without authorization.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include links to third-party services such as payment providers, carriers, social platforms, analytics providers, or support tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Section 07

13. Liability Boundaries

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AUTOOL is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, product misuse, incompatible product selection, or events outside our reasonable control. Shipping delays are handled according to the Shipping Policy, carrier information, and applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, and nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Force Majeure

AUTOOL is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs delays, supply chain disruptions, labor disputes, power or network failures, government actions, war, or other emergencies.
