Product Details

Confirm the abrasive size, loading amount, compressor performance, valve position, and safety preparation before using HTS728. These checks directly affect cleaning performance and engine safety.

Use Fine Walnut Media

HTS728 is designed for 0.4-0.6mm walnut shell abrasive. Walnut sand is made from crushed walnut shells and is used as a physical abrasive for carbon cleaning when applied correctly.

Do Not Overload Media

Do not add more than 3.5KG of walnut sand during use. The specification chart lists the blasting tank capacity as less than 4KG, so 3.5KG is the safer working limit.

External Compressor Required

HTS728 requires an external air compressor. Prepare an air source above 0.7MPa with airflow above 0.4m³/min, and use a dryer filter to reduce moisture and media clumping.

Why Carbon Cleaning Matters

Carbon deposits form when incomplete combustion residue hardens around intake and cylinder areas. Buildup may affect air-fuel ratio, power output, fuel consumption, and idle stability.

Service Interval Guidance

Cleaning frequency depends on mileage, engine design, fuel quality, and symptoms. The source material mentions carbon cleaning after approximately 40,000-50,000 km, or when vehicle condition requires service.

Confirm Engine Safety

Before blasting, confirm the target valves are closed, seal uncleaned intake ports, and prepare safety goggles and a respirator to reduce dust exposure risk.

Key Features

Key Features

HTS728 combines fine walnut abrasive, combustion chamber support, intake and valve cleaning, HEPA filtration, media recovery, 5 adapters, and workshop-friendly mobility for professional carbon cleaning work.

Combustion Chamber Cleaning

A key HTS728 upgrade is support for combustion chamber cleaning through the spark plug hole, helping remove carbon deposits with less disassembly when the vehicle is prepared correctly.

Intake Manifold And Valve Cleaning

The machine supports sequential cleaning of intake manifold ports and intake / exhaust valve areas, helping remove stubborn buildup from common carbon deposit locations.

0.4-0.6mm Fine Abrasive

The upgraded fine walnut media size helps provide more precise cleaning for engine carbon deposits while reducing the risk of harsh surface damage when used properly.

1400W Motor With External Air Source

A 1400W motor works with an external compressor to support continuous abrasive impact force for cleaning carbon deposits from engine intake and combustion areas.

HEPA Filter And Media Recovery

The equipment sprays and recovers at the same time. The HEPA filter and dust filter mesh help separate walnut abrasive from carbon deposits and support media reuse.

Adapters And Mobile Workshop Design

The kit includes multiple adapters and blasting nozzles for different port shapes. A mobile body with handle and swivel casters makes the unit easier to move around the workshop.

How It Works

How It Works

HTS728 uses compressed air to accelerate walnut shell abrasive into carbon deposits, then recovers the mixture through the hose and filtration structure to improve workshop cleanliness and media reuse.

Compressed Air Drives Media

The external compressor supplies the air pressure and airflow required to move walnut media through the blasting hose and nozzle.

Walnut Shells Impact Carbon

Crushed walnut shells strike the carbon deposit surface at high speed and help remove buildup from intake, valve, and combustion chamber areas.

Recovery Separates Dust And Media

The recovery hose pulls used media and carbon residue back into the machine, where the filter structure helps separate particles for cleaner operation.

Air Mode Clears Residue

After blasting, use air blowing to help clear remaining walnut shell particles before engine reassembly.

How To Use

How To Use

Follow the setup, media loading, vehicle preparation, intake cleaning, combustion chamber cleaning, and after-cleaning steps. Always confirm valve closure, port sealing, air pressure, media size, and PPE before blasting.

1. Set Up The Machine

  • Place the machine in the working area.
  • Connect the recovery hose to the recovery port and attach the elbow connector.
  • Connect the sandblasting tube to the spray gun handle.
  • Connect the air supply to the air inlet, then plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch.

2. Load Walnut Media

  • Make sure recovery mode is OFF before loading.
  • Turn ON loading mode and add 0.4-0.6mm walnut shell abrasive.
  • Do not add more than 3.5KG of walnut sand.
  • Close the top lid, wear safety goggles, turn OFF loading mode, and let pressure build above 0.7MPa.

3. Prepare The Vehicle

  • Remove the spark plugs and intake manifold as needed.
  • Check valve positions before cleaning.
  • Make sure the target valves are closed.
  • Seal other intake ports to prevent walnut shell abrasive from entering unintended areas.

4. Clean Intake Ports

  • Insert the sandblasting tube into the intake port.
  • Connect the recovery hose to the port and ensure a tight seal.
  • Turn ON recovery mode, open the spray gun valve, and adjust direction / depth.
  • Clean each port for about 2 minutes, then check the result.

5. Clean The Combustion Chamber

  • Rotate the crankshaft to close the valves before blasting.
  • Insert the spray gun tube into the elbow connector.
  • Connect the combined hose / gun to the combustion chamber port through the spark plug hole.
  • Confirm sealing before starting sandblasting.

6. Finish And Clear Residue

  • Turn off all switches and disconnect hoses and power supply.
  • Use an air gun to blow out remaining walnut shell abrasive particles.
  • Inspect cleaned areas before reassembly.
  • Clean and store the equipment properly after use.

Use Notes

  • Do not blast if the target valves are not closed.
  • Seal all uncleaned manifold ports before cleaning.
  • Wear safety goggles and a respirator during operation.
