The AUTOOL HTS559 walnut blasting machine is an advanced car engine carbon deposition cleaning equipment designed to deeply remove carbon deposits from the engine intake pipe, intake manifold, and intake valve backside. It helps address issues such as unstable idle speed, incomplete fuel combustion, reduced air-fuel ratio, increased fuel consumption, and engine shaking caused by carbon buildup.

With a powerful 1400W motor, 30L main unit capacity, built-in dust filter, and simultaneous spray-and-vacuum recovery design, HTS559 uses non-harmful walnut shell abrasive to remove stubborn carbon deposits while recycling reusable walnut media. An external air compressor is required to provide strong blasting impact.

The 1400W high-performance motor works with an external air source to create strong synchronized suction and blasting recovery, helping remove stubborn carbon quickly and thoroughly.

Deep Carbon Deposit Removal

Deeply removes sticky carbon deposits on the intake manifold and intake valve backside, helping improve unstable idling, insufficient fuel combustion, and reduced air-fuel ratio problems.

External Air Source Blasting

An external air compressor provides continuous impact force for walnut shell abrasive, ensuring stronger removal of carbon deposits from engine intake pipes and valve backsides.

Built-In Dust Filter

The machine sprays and recovers simultaneously. The filter separates walnut shell abrasive from carbon deposits so the abrasive can be reused and residual particles are better controlled.

Integrated Recovery Design

The closed-loop system recycles walnut shell abrasive through vacuum recovery, eliminating the need for manual abrasive recovery and saving time and effort.

5 Adapters And 360° Casters

Equipped with 5 adapters for different vehicle models such as Audi, BMW, GM, Mercedes-Benz, and Land Rover, plus 360° swivel casters for easier workshop movement.

How To Use

How To Use

Use HTS559 with 0.6–1.2mm walnut shell abrasive and an external air compressor. Close the engine, turn the crankshaft to close the intake valve, and clean one intake port at a time.

Connect Hoses And Nozzle

Connect the walnut abrasive suction hose and the sandblasting nozzle before operation.

Select Adapter

Select the appropriate adapter fitting based on the vehicle and the cleaning area.

Install Nozzle Tube

Install the nozzle tube and insert the sandblasting nozzle into the round hole on the suction hose for combined use.

Load Walnut Sand

Open the latches, remove the machine head cover, take out the filter cartridge, add 1kg walnut sand into the stainless bucket, then reinstall the filter cartridge and cover.

Prepare Safely

Wear safety goggles. Before and after operating the equipment, spray air for 10 seconds to help prevent clogging.

Clean Carbon Deposits

Check the carbon deposit condition, insert the suction adapter into the manifold opening, and complete cleaning in about 1–3 minutes per intake port.

Use Range And Safety Notes

  • HTS559 is designed for engine intake pipe, intake manifold, and intake valve backside carbon cleaning.
  • HTS559 is not designed for injector, throttle valve, or cylinder carbon cleaning. Use the corresponding injector cleaner or suitable tool for those areas.
  • The package does not include walnut sand or an external air compressor.
  • Use 0.6–1.2mm walnut shell abrasive.
  • Walnut shell abrasive can normally be reused 5–10 times under normal conditions.
  • External air compressor required: 0.7MPa / 6bar or above.
  • An air compressor with dryer filter is recommended to reduce moisture, walnut media clumping, and poor blasting performance.
