The AUTOOL AST612 brake fluid change machine is a 12V vehicle-powered pulsating brake oil exchanger designed for two-wheel oil exchange. It uses microcontroller control to accurately manage brake fluid pressure and flow, applies new pulse technology to the brake fluid pipeline, helps remove impurities, improves work efficiency, and allows one person to complete brake fluid replacement more easily.
AST612 focuses on portable, one-person, two-wheel brake fluid replacement with pulse exchange, 12V battery power, nine adapters, pressure release, and compact workshop operation.

How It Works
How It Works
AST612 delivers new brake fluid at controlled pressure, drains used brake fluid from the calipers in sequence, reduces bubble formation during filling, and uses pressure monitoring to protect the brake fluid reservoir.
New Fluid Delivery
Brake fluid is pumped from the new fluid container and delivered to the vehicle brake fluid reservoir at specified pressure.
Wheel Caliper Drainage
Used brake fluid is drained from each wheel brake caliper in the prescribed sequence until new fluid flows out.
Bubble Prevention
Compared with traditional pressurized brake fluid bleeders, AST612 helps prevent air bubbles from forming during the filling process.
Pressure Monitoring Protection
If pressure cannot be generated or the pump draws in air, the built-in pressure monitoring system shuts down to prevent air from entering the brake fluid reservoir.
How To Use
How To Use
Connect the storage bottle, hoses, 12V battery, adapter, and recovery bottle correctly before starting the machine. The vehicle does not need to be started during operation.
Add Brake Fluid
Add new brake fluid into the storage bottle.
Connect Bottle Hoses
Connect the suction hose and pressure balancing hose to the storage bottle.
Connect 12V Battery
Connect the machine to a 12V battery using the battery clamp cable.
Connect Adapter
Connect the filling hose to the appropriate adapter, then connect it to the vehicle brake fluid reservoir.
Attach Recovery Bottle
Attach the recovery oil bottle to the brake cylinder / caliper.
Start Operation
Turn on the power switch and press the start button to begin brake fluid exchange.
Use Notes
No need to start the vehicle for operation.
Check each connection for leaks during oil change.
Inspect the connecting hose for damage.
Keep the new oil filler port clean.
For first use, fill the equipment tubing with brake fluid to bleed air from the tubing.
If air enters the equipment tubing during oil exchange, the oil exchange may fail.

AST603 / AST605AST605 includes two more compatible connectors than AST603, while other parameters remain the same. Both include one 1L used oil bottle and deliver up to 1.6L/min.
AST609Includes seven compatible connectors, one 1.5L used oil bottle, one 1L new oil bottle, and 2.6L/min maximum flow for higher efficiency.

Warm Tips
When the device leaves the factory, the working pressure of the pressure regulator is set to 1–1.5bar.
This setting helps ensure that the liquid storage chamber does not deform while changing fluid, thereby ensuring the tightness of the secondary sealing ring.
It is also feasible to exhaust or change liquid at lower working pressure by adjusting the pressure and size switch.
In special circumstances, higher working pressure may be used, but excessive pressure adjustment may damage the brake master cylinder of the brake system.
Please check each connection for leaks when changing oil.
Inspect whether the connecting hose is damaged before and during operation.
Keep the new oil filler port clean.
No need to start the vehicle during operation.
Use suitable brake fluid and avoid contaminating new brake fluid.
Brake fluid may damage painted surfaces; clean spills immediately.

No. The vehicle does not need to be started during AST612 brake fluid exchange operation.
The factory pressure regulator is set to 1–1.5bar to help protect the liquid storage chamber and secondary sealing ring. AST612 working pressure can be referenced around 1.5–3.0bar / 1.5–3kg/cm². Avoid excessive pressure adjustment because it may damage the brake master cylinder.
Check all connections for leakage, inspect the connecting hose for damage, keep the new oil filler port clean, and confirm that the correct adapter is connected to the brake fluid reservoir. During first use, fill the equipment tubing with brake fluid to bleed air from the tubing.
AST612 includes 9 types of adapters to support many European, American, and Asian vehicle models. If you need broader adapter coverage, AST618 includes 17 adapters, and the 17-piece adapter kit is also available separately.
