AUTOOL AST612 services two wheel positions together with one operator and no mains outlet. AST612 runs from the vehicle’s 12 V battery, delivers fresh brake fluid with pulsating pressure, and collects used fluid in two recovery bottles. Nine adapter types broaden reservoir fit, while automatic pressure release closes the replacement sequence.

Pulsating Delivery Without Mains Power
Pulsating Fluid Exchange
Use pulsating pressure to deliver fresh brake fluid to the reservoir at the specified pressure, then drain used fluid from each selected caliper in the prescribed sequence until new fluid flows out. The process can reduce the risk of bubbles compared with basic pressurized filling.
Single-Person Operation
One operator can complete brake-fluid replacement without another person repeatedly pressing the brake pedal.
Direct 12V Battery Power
Connect AST612 directly to the vehicle’s 12V battery; external mains power is not required.
Two-Wheel Service + Two 1.5 L Bottles
Two 1.5L used-fluid bottles allow AST612 to service two wheel positions at the same time when the connections are correct.
Nine Reservoir Adapters
Nine adapter types support many European, American, and Asian vehicle reservoir openings when fitment and the reservoir seal are correct.
Automatic Pressure Release
After replacement is complete, the machine automatically releases pressure to reduce brake-fluid splash risk.

The 268 × 210 × 295mm body weighs about 4.2kg and includes a top carry handle, side filling-hose hook, and rear bottle base to keep the setup organized between work areas.
Visible Pressure + Status
The front panel groups the pressure gauge, indicator lights, and operating buttons for service monitoring and control.
Pressure Monitoring Protection
If pressure cannot be generated or the pump draws in air, the built-in pressure monitor shuts down to help prevent air from entering the brake-fluid reservoir.

Does AST612 Need An External Power Source?
No external mains power source is required. AST612 is powered by a DC 12V vehicle battery, so you only need to connect the battery clamp cable to the car battery before operation.
Can AST612 Change Brake Fluid In Four Wheels At The Same Time?
No. AST612 supports simultaneous two-wheel oil exchange. If you need four-wheel simultaneous brake fluid replacement, choose AST618.
Do I Need To Start The Vehicle During Operation?
No. The vehicle does not need to be started during AST612 brake fluid exchange operation.
What Working Pressure Should I Use?
The factory pressure regulator is set to 1–1.5bar to help protect the liquid storage chamber and secondary sealing ring. AST612 working pressure can be referenced around 1.5–3.0bar / 1.5–3kg/cm². Avoid excessive pressure adjustment because it may damage the brake master cylinder.
What Should I Check Before Starting The Oil Change?
Check all connections for leakage, inspect the connecting hose for damage, keep the new oil filler port clean, and confirm that the correct adapter is connected to the brake fluid reservoir. During first use, fill the equipment tubing with brake fluid and bleed air from the tubing; air left in the equipment line can interrupt the exchange.
How Many Adapters Does AST612 Include?
AST612 includes 9 types of adapters to support many European, American, and Asian vehicle models. If you need broader adapter coverage, AST618 includes 17 adapters, and the 17-piece adapter kit is also available separately.
What Does The Pressure Release Function Do?
After replacement, AST612 automatically releases pressure to reduce splashing. Pressure release takes approximately 30 seconds.
Should I Choose AST612 Or AST618?
Choose AST612 if you want a portable 12V two-wheel brake fluid exchanger with 9 adapters. Choose AST618 if you need four-wheel simultaneous brake fluid replacement, 17 adapters, pulse mode and working time settings, 360° wheels, and higher workshop efficiency.
