The AUTOOL OD710 pneumatic waste oil drainer is designed for draining used engine oil from vehicles into a 70L oil storage tank through a large oil catch pan. It is suitable for workshop oil recovery tasks that require a height-adjustable oil pan, thickened tank construction, oil level monitoring, and easy movement around a service bay.

No Open Flames
Do not smoke or use open flames during operation. Keep the equipment away from high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable, and explosive areas.
Engine Off During Operation
The vehicle engine must remain turned off throughout the oil recovery operation.
40-60°C Waste Oil
The working waste oil temperature is 40-60°C. Be cautious of burns when draining or discharging oil.
Protect Eyes And Hands
Wear gloves and safety goggles during operation to reduce the risk of burns, splashing oil, or accidental contact.
Forbidden Liquids
Do not use the OD710 with brake oil, gasoline, diesel, liquids containing methanol or ketones, or any flammable liquids.
Check Hose Leaks Immediately
If any hose or component leaks during operation, immediately shut off the air supply and inspect the equipment before continuing.
Use Correct Pressure
The air source pressure for oil tank discharge must not be lower or higher than the specified pressure required for normal equipment operation.
Do Not Use Rod As Handle
Do not use the height-adjustable lifting rod as a handle for moving the machine. Tighten adjustment screws if they become loose.
Release Internal Pressure
After completing operation, release internal pressure, clean the equipment, and avoid damage or personal injury caused by improper pressure handling.

How To Use
How To Use
Use OD710 for waste engine oil recovery and oil storage tank discharge according to the manual. Keep the vehicle engine off, work in a safe area, and control pressure carefully.
Installation
Fix the lifting rod and oil pan funnel in place by rotating in the clockwise direction.
After installation, make sure the lifting pole is vertical relative to the equipment.
Turn the lifting rod device counterclockwise to adjust the oil pan funnel height.
Turn the lifting rod device clockwise to tighten and lock the selected height.
Waste Oil Recovery
Use a lifting device to raise the vehicle to a suitable height.
Ensure a safe working environment and position the OD710 under the vehicle engine.
Align the oil pan funnel with the engine oil drain hole.
Unscrew the vehicle engine oil drain plug.
Allow waste oil to discharge into the storage tank through the oil pan funnel.
Oil Storage Tank Discharge
Close the oil discharge pipe valve and close the oil tank inlet valve.
Connect the air supply to the oil tank inlet valve.
Open the oil tank inlet valve and pressurize it; the check valve will automatically close after reaching pressure.
When tank pressure exceeds 1.0bar, the safety valve will automatically release pressure.
After 5 seconds, slowly open the oil drain valve.
After discharging the oil, cut off the air supply.

OD710 requires vehicle lifting equipment for oil recovery under the engine.
Keep the engine off during the entire waste oil recovery process.
Open the oil drain valve slowly after pressurizing the oil storage tank.
Cut off the air supply after the oil storage tank discharge is complete.
