The AUTOOL LM120 AC Manifold Gauge is a professional digital manifold gauge for installing, testing, and maintaining refrigeration systems such as automotive A/C systems, air conditioners, and cold storage equipment. It combines dual pressure testing, dual temperature testing, vacuum measurement, pressure leak testing, refrigerant filling support, multi-unit conversion, and a built-in refrigerant database in a compact handheld body.

Before You Order And Use

Check pressure range, hose rating, tested equipment rating, operating environment, and personal protection before using the LM120 digital HVAC manifold gauge.

Gauge Pressure Measurement

LM120 measures gauge pressure. Its pressure testing range is -101kPa to 6MPa (-0.1bar to 60bar), and the instrument limit pressure is 10MPa (100bar).

Check Equipment Rated Pressure

Confirm the rated pressure of the tested equipment before testing. Do not use the instrument if the required pressure exceeds the instrument range.

Hose Pressure Limit

The standard hose maximum operating pressure is 600 PSI, about 4.13MPa / 41.3bar, with a limit pressure of 3000 PSI, about 20.68MPa / 206.8bar.

Use Suitable Replacement Hoses

If the packed hoses do not match the pressure requirement, use suitable replacement hoses before testing. Confirm accessory and hose configuration before ordering if needed.

Wear Protection

Wear qualified protective equipment during testing, especially when working with refrigerants, pressure systems, or possible toxic gases.

Use In Ventilated Areas

Use the instrument in a well-ventilated environment to reduce the risk of inhaling toxic gases during refrigeration system work.

Safety Reminder

  • Do not use or store the instrument in high temperature, high humidity, flammable, explosive, or strong electromagnetic field environments.
  • Do not modify the internal circuit, because it may damage the instrument or create danger.
  • Check pipe fittings, hoses, and valve stems before leak testing. Replace damaged parts immediately.
  • During refrigerant filling, follow the specific operation requirements of the equipment and refrigerant to avoid damage to the user or equipment.
  • Do not remove the high-pressure valve connection until the pressure drops to a safe point.

How To Use

How To Use

LM120 is built for A/C and refrigeration system service. Use the correct mode, accessory setup, refrigerant selection, and safety procedure for each test.

Refrigerant Filling And Pressure Inspection

Select the tested refrigerant, choose the display unit, zero the pressure display if needed, connect according to refrigerant flow direction, and operate high-side and low-side valves according to the system procedure.

Vacuum Operation

Switch to vacuum test status, connect the system correctly, open the valves, start the vacuum pump, and close the valves before shutting down the vacuum pump after operation.

Pressure Leak Test

Switch to pressure leak test mode and press Run / Stop to start. The display records the initial pressure, instantaneous pressure, pressure difference ΔP, and test duration.

Superheat And Subcooling

When the refrigerant is preset and clamp-on temperature probes are properly connected, LM120 can display related temperature data and calculate superheat and subcooling.

Use Notes

  • Turn off the blue and red valves before powering on or switching work status.
  • Press R+ / R- to select refrigerant type, Unit to switch pressure units, and °C/°F to switch temperature units.
  • If the high and low pressure display shows residual digits after power-on, long press Zero until the display returns to zero.
  • Pay attention to refrigerant flow direction during connection.
  • Clamp-on temperature probe availability may depend on the selected package or model version. Confirm accessories before ordering.
