Key Features

Key Features

The EM series supports stable ECU programming power, smart battery charging, power supply mode, showroom power support, forced start, battery restoration, and multi-layer safety protection depending on the model.

Stable ECU Programming Power

Provides stable voltage and current output for ECU programming, decoding, diagnostics, vehicle electrical maintenance, and production testing.

Multi-Stage Smart Charging

Pulse charging in the early stage, high-current fast charging in the middle stage, and trickle charging near the end help prevent overcharging and protect battery life.

Adjustable Power Supply On EM385

EM385 supports adjustable power supply current and voltage, including 20A / 3.0-8.9V and 100A / 9.0-16.0V ranges for flexible device testing.

Battery Restoration Function

Battery restoration mode uses pulse repair technology for deeply discharged, aged, or long-idle batteries, but must be used carefully and away from vehicle electronics.

Forced Start And Vehicle Display

EM365 and EM385 support 400A / 12V starting. EM365 supports exhibition mode, while EM385 supports vehicle display mode for showroom demonstration and battery replacement support.

Nine Safety Protections And Languages

Nine safety protections help protect the vehicle and equipment during charging, while five language options support English, French, German, Spanish, and Russian.

How It Works

How It Works

An engine ECU programming power supply is an adjustable power source based on power electronics and control circuit technology. It converts input power into stable DC output, regulates voltage and current, and uses feedback control to maintain safe, precise output during ECU programming, diagnostics, showroom applications, and production testing.

Rectification And Filtering

Input power is converted into DC power through rectification and filtering, creating the foundation for stable programming power output.

Voltage And Current Regulation

The control system adjusts output voltage and current through switching or linear regulation to achieve the target output setting.

Real-Time Feedback

A feedback system continuously monitors and corrects the output in real time to maintain voltage and current stability.

Protection Control

Over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protections help protect the power supply, battery, and vehicle electronics.

Before You Order And Use

Before You Order And Use

Battery compatibility is one of the most important differences between EM355, EM365, and EM385. Confirm your battery type and required charging mode before ordering.

EM355 / EM365 Battery Support

EM355 and EM365 support common non-lithium battery types such as lead-acid, GEL, EFB, AGM flat plate, AGM spiral, and standard lead-acid batteries, but they do not support lithium batteries.

EM385 Battery Support

EM385 adds LiFePO₄ and NCM lithium battery support, and also supports traditional lead-acid, GEL, EFB, and AGM flat plate batteries.

EFB Safety

EFB batteries contain liquid electrolyte and are prone to boiling. Overheating during charging may cause fire or explosion, so EFB batteries should be removed from the vehicle and charged in External Charging mode.

Repair Mode Warning

Repair mode may help deeply discharged or sulfated batteries, but it may damage vehicle electronics. Always remove the battery from the vehicle before using repair mode.

Safety And Operation Notes

  • When turned on, the fan runs for 2 minutes and then stops. This is a normal self-test.
  • The operating temperature of the display is -20°C to 70°C.
  • Avoid water, liquids, or flammable cleaning agents entering the equipment.
  • EFB batteries must be removed from the vehicle before charging and should use External Charging mode.
  • EM355 and EM365 do not support lithium batteries.
  • Choose EM385 if you need LiFePO₄ or NCM lithium battery support.
  • Repair mode may damage vehicle electronics. Remove the battery from the vehicle before using repair mode.
  • Successful repair depends on the degree of vulcanization in the battery.
  • Use repair mode carefully because it may cause fluid loss or internal drying of the battery.
  • Confirm whether exhibition mode, forced start, lithium battery charging, or adjustable output is required before choosing a model.
