It took some figuring out what does what. The four injectors I have are pretty big for street applications so the system has a hard time building any pressure over idle setting. I wish it would come with fluid recommendations. All so found out the ultrasonic bath is heated nothing I read about it said it did. Overall it gets the job done.

I always kept my old injectors and with this tester I was able to reclaim 15 fuel injectors. I was able to clean them up and check the flow meaning I could also flow match them.Some injectors were clogged beyond repair but the 15 I did save more then paid for the cleaner tester machine.I can definitely recommend this Fuel injector Cleaner/tester.

Example: the quality vs time of fluid delivery by the injector changes depending on which position on the manifold it is placed. Totally useless for comparing injectors performance or fuel delivery vs time… like it was designed to do.Injector adapters are cut too long and go too deep into header causing pressure drop. I put a picture of the inside of the header where you can see the adapter threads extend too deep into the header. The LED lights are positioned to shine directly into your eyes. I had to block the LEDs with a piece of card board. Workmanship and quality of materials is very good.

This is the second unit I order. The first last me three days and started leaking . The second one I was filling it when it started to leak. No so happy. I need a machine like that for my shop but very disappointed.

This tool is a great concept, and it really works (the first time) if you’re careful. If carb cleaner touches the plastic electrical pin connectors or the front plastic panel, the plastic of these parts will melt. The manual is poorly written. Critical omissions: It doesn’t tell you how to fill the reservoir; It doesn’t describe the process of dumping the vials after the flow test (that’s what the little handle is for, in the center of the vials); And it doesn’t say how to empty the reservoir after the work is completed (you must tip the unit on it’s side to empty the reservoir). Parts of the tool appear to be well-made, while other parts (e.g., the dump valve for the ultrasonic bath and the aforementioned plastic parts) are really cheap or made of the wrong material. 2 or 3 sets of extra pin connectors should have been provided with the unit, plus 2 or 3 plastic front panels, however, the pin connectors can’t be unplugged. I purchased a used Mercedes wiring harness on Ebay to scavenge the injector pin connectors. I’ll try cutting off the Chinese connectors and splicing on the German connectors, which are solvent-resistant. I love how well this machine worked, but I’ve used it only once. I tried to dump all the carb cleaner from the unit, but it remains to be seen if lingering vapors will damage internal seals. Next time I use it, I’ll update this review.

Should only be used for cleaning. You do not get any duty cycle information to use for flow testing. Fuel pressure control is extremely poor. Cannot handle low impedance injectors and shuts off when using them. Fluid doesnt come out of the drain port on the back. Sometimes the values on the 2 LCD screens switch places. Injectors flow different amounts depending on which spit they are in. Tons of other issues.

I like the graduations of the cylinders. I need to use it a few times more to learn its abilities and limitations. Messy when done as solvent leaks out when removing injectors. It can be a bit messy because of that. Not a deal breaker at all though.

I used the CT150 for the cleaning of motorcycle injectors. It was perfect. Before testing, clean the injectors. Note that you should not use the cleaning fluid as the test fluid, as this will damage the pump.

I like ultrasonic cleaning. I like the scale on the cylinder. It allows me to clearly see the difference in the amount of test fluid sprayed out. There are multiple modes to choose from. This product is very helpful for simulating engine conditions.

This is a nice machine for the money. It seems to be made quite well. The instructions seem to be well written and fairly concise. I really like the machines size and it works quite well. Filling the injector cleaner into the machine is something that needs to be watched carefully. The fluid level on the machines side, has fill indications. If you over fill the small internal tank it will leak all over the bench. This machine will give your injectors a good workout and test them well. A machine like this is great to have if you have fuel injected vehicles. If you take your time and do all of the cycles, your injectors (if they are good) will be really clean if the fluid is well chosen .
