Overview

Handling Time + Transit Time

Shipping estimates are based on the item, warehouse, destination, and shipping method shown before payment.

Total delivery time includes order handling time plus carrier transit time. Some products ship from local warehouses, while oversized, heavy, special-order, or cross-border products may use different shipping methods and longer transit windows.

Section 01

Order Handling Time

Order handling time is 1-3 business days. Handling time starts after payment is received and the order is ready for processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays that affect the relevant warehouse or carrier.

Our order cutoff time is 14:00 CST (UTC+8). Orders placed after the cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

Transit time begins after the parcel is handed to the carrier. The exact available shipping method, charge, and delivery estimate may vary by product, destination, stock location, package size, and checkout configuration.

Review the shipping label shown for the product, cart, or checkout option before payment. Products that require freight or sea shipping must show that shipping requirement before you place the order.

Section 03

Shipping Charges and Free Shipping

Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout before you confirm payment. Eligible retail orders with a product subtotal of USD 59 or more qualify for free standard shipping where the checkout shows that option.

The USD 59 threshold is calculated based on the product subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, and shipping charges. Some destinations, remote areas, oversized items, sea-freight items, and B2B quote orders may have different shipping rules shown before payment.

Duties, VAT, Customs, and Brokerage Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges required by the destination country or carrier.

If these charges are collected by AUTOOL at checkout, they will be shown before payment. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be charged separately by customs, the carrier, or a broker, and the recipient is responsible for paying them.

Oversized Items and Sea Freight

Some heavy, bulky, or special-handling products may require freight delivery or sea freight. These products may have longer transit windows, different delivery appointment requirements, or additional delivery conditions.

If a product is marked as Oversized Item / Freight Delivery or Sea Freight Only / Heavy Item Delivery, review the product page, cart, and checkout carefully before payment.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is usually activated within 24-72 hours after shipment. If tracking has no update for 5 business days after activation, contact support@autoolstore.com with your order number and tracking number.

International tracking may pause while parcels transfer between countries, wait for customs processing, or move through a last-mile delivery network.

Section 05

Split Shipments and Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if products are stored in different warehouses or require different shipping methods. If your order is split, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address Changes and Failed Delivery

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible before shipment. After a parcel has been handed to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or refusal to pay required import charges, the customer may be responsible for the actual costs that result.
