- 0–3.2 kg/min Adjustable Feed
- 7.5 kg Dry Ice Hopper
- Oil-Water Separator
- Spiral Feed Control

Key Features
Dual Pressure Gauges and Adjustable Ice Delivery
Dual Pressure Monitoring
View inlet supply and outlet working pressure separately while checking blasting stability.
External Air Requirement
Supply more than 1–2 m³/min of dry compressed air at working pressure; the external compressor is not included.
Moisture and Clumping Control
A large oil-water separator and spiral feed help reduce wet-air clumping and line blockage.
Adjustable Dry Ice Feed
Adjust delivery from 0 to 3.2 kg/min, increasing gradually to establish a tested setting for the target surface and cleaning task.
Mobile Safety Layout
Metal housing, emergency stop, gun holder, handle and casters support workshop operation.
No Solid Dry-Ice Media Residue
Pellets sublimate; removed carbon, oil and debris must still be managed.
3 Years Warranty Support
Main unit: 3-year warranty. Standard accessories: 1-year warranty. Warranty Policy.
How to Use
Connect Air, Load Pellets, Monitor Pressure, and Test
Verify the Complete Setup
Confirm >1–2 m³/min external air within the approved pressure range, correct power, 3 mm pellets and ventilation.
Inspect Air Treatment and Connections
Check separator, hoses, gun, ground and emergency stop; purge moisture.
Load Fresh Dry Ice
Add 3 mm pellets and keep foreign material out of the hopper.
Test with Low Settings
Use inlet/outlet gauges and a suitable test area before increasing pressure or feed.
Clean and Collect Debris
Monitor stable output and contain loosened contamination.
Clear, Isolate and Inspect
Set feed to zero, clear the path per manual, disconnect air/power and inspect hoses/nozzles.
Safety & Compatibility
Verify Ventilation, Air Quality, and Surface Suitability
Air Supply
Compressor not included; verify >1–2 m³/min at working pressure, dry air, hose/fitting capacity and duty cycle.
Dual Gauges Are Monitoring Tools
They do not replace surface tests, the vehicle procedure or operator control.
CO₂/Cold/Noise
Ventilate and use gloves, goggles, hearing protection, protective clothing and closed-toe shoes.
Sensitive Areas
Test a small area first and use suitable settings around sensors, coatings, plastics, rubber, and aged surfaces.
Power and Debris
Confirm grounded regional voltage and plan collection of removed contamination.

FAQs
Air Supply and Pressure Questions
What air supply does HTS828 require?
Use 0.3–1.0 MPa and more than 1–2 m³/min; normal operation begins from 4 bar. Confirm actual dynamic compressor output.
What do the dual gauges show?
They display inlet air pressure and outlet working pressure separately.
What dry ice pellets does HTS828 use?
3 mm pellets in a 7.5 kg hopper.
Does it eliminate all cleanup?
No solid dry-ice media remains, but removed contamination still needs collection and CO₂ requires ventilation.
Is it safe for every sensor or coating?
No. Use tested conservative settings and confirm material/coating suitability.
How does it differ from HTS818?
HTS828 adds dual pressure gauges and uses more than 1–2 m³/min; HTS818 uses more than 1–3 m³/min with a single gauge.
